Prompt friendly polite efficient response to enquiry. Arrived at booked time on site. Clean efficient work undertaken and completed within estimated time.

A fantastic job, from initial survey through to completion. First class customer service, courteous and polite, I would thoroughly recommend.

Small job of replacing some lighting control keypads and electrical outlets in the living room. Great work done in a professional and friendly way. Such a good job I have just booked in for more work we got quoted.

Highly recommend Prolectrical. Jon and Ollie were great, very helpful and efficient, did an excellent job. Great communication from Christy-Anne too. Will definitely use them again!

New fuse box fitted. All lights and sockets tested. Unfortunately tea and coffee ☕️ off the menu. Thank you 🙏 see you next Tuesday for stage 2

Jon & Oli did a very professional job in sorting out an electrical issue in our front room. They kept me well informed throughout the process. They were extremely pleasant & friendly & were very tidy in their work to ensure that any necessary damage was kept to a minimum.I would most definitely both recommend them & use them again in the future.

This is the second time we have used Prolectrical, and we are more than happy with the prices we had to pay and the tidiness of the guys

I was very pleased with the work I had done by Jon and his team at Prolectrical. Christy-Anne was great to deal with, maintaining good communication throughout the process. The work was done when expected and the area left neat and tidy afterwards. A very professional team. They’ll be first on my list next time I need some electrical work done.

All work scheduled carried out in a timely and expeditious manner. Costs are reasonable and staff are friendly and reliable. Highly recommended.

Prompt and Reliable and Efficient. They will always be our first choice

Prolectrical are a professional outfit with a really personal touch. Jon and his team made sure they understood our needs and did a great job replacing the connection between our house and outbuilding - all for a very competitive price.

Easy contact and appointment arranged quickly. Arrived on time to change ceiling lights in ensuite. Very happy with work.

Excellent service and work. Clean and tidy workers and good communication throughout.

Highly efficient company. Arrived when they said they would and were very professional. Recommended.

Prolectrical recently carried out electrical work in our house. The work was carried out to a high standard and we were very pleased with the outcome

We used Jon and his team to carry out quite a few jobs in our new home. We are really happy with the quality of work and high standard that was provided. The team was friendly, punctual and excellent with communications before and during the jobs. Prolectrical will be our 'go to' electricians from now on.

Jon and his partner were polite and friendly. I had four external lights replaced. The job was done in no time and I am very pleased with the outcome.

I found Prolectrical to provide an excellent service from first contact with their office, through to completion of the work - replacing a faulty down lighter in my hall. They clearly have a highly professional approach, transparent and straightforward pricing system and arrived exactly when they said they would. The job was carried out quickly and efficiently and every trace of dust and debris cleared meticulously. I would certainly use them again and can recommend this company without reservation.

Absolutely superb service from local electrician. Extremely considerate and professional when enquiring , brilliant communication and carried out work politely and efficiently. Would happily recommend and would use again without hesitation . Many thanks Chris

Fantastic timely service, great communication and a fair price. Thanks Jon.

Jon and Olly were wonderful guys and did a fantastic job on our new garden studio.

Neat, tidy instalation. Friendly and helpful staff.

Prolectrical provided a quick efficient service. Neat and tidy reasonably priced, friendly approach

Very quick response time and good quality of work - will definitely use again!

Very professional service to disconnect electric supply from and old shed and return trip to reconnect and supply additional outdoor power points

Friendly, easy to communicate with and good quality work

How wonderful to have a local company who were happy to come out for 2 small jobs. Friendly, efficient and very competent. Grateful to have come across this Faversham based company.

Our light stopped working upstairs. I had no idea what to do and don't really like messing around with electrics. I called Prolectrical who were incredibly helpful and informative over the phone. They came the same day and were thorough and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. They explained to me and showed me what they did and what caused it. I will use only Prolectrical for anything that involves electrics. Very, very impressed.

I can only speak positively about the work carried out by Prolectrical. It was probably the simplest type of job for them just changing some light fittings around but they carried it out with great professionalism. They arrived on time, checked exactly what was required and got the job done with no issues and were very tidy in their work. They also brought shoe covers which I always consider courteous. Communication from their office was top notch too. Highly recommended.

Lovely people to deal with, very helpful.

Prolectrical installed the electrics for our newly built garden studio. The work was carried out to an excellent standard for a good price. The team are easy to work with, flexible and reliable. Their standout quality is their attention to detail making them a great choice for those seeking a high quality finish. I would wholeheartedly recommend!

I had 2 relatively small electrical jobs to be done and Prolectrical were very happy to ‘fit me in’ very quickly which I didn’t expect ! Jon was very professional and punctual and I was given my quote very quickly after I sent photos of what I needed doing. I would highly recommend this company-the work was excellent and everything was left neat and tidy.

Great service from initial call to completion of the job.

The work that was done was as we wanted and everything works as it should. Unfortunately, the cost of the works was much higher than originally discussed. This was mostly due to being charged for an hours labour when the electrician left the house to get supplies (even though they had all the info before the job to come with the relevant items). This is the first time that we have ever been charged for labour when a contractor has left the property and unfortunately this is not the first time that I have heard of this happening, after hearing about other people’s experiences with this company. As such, I cannot recommend and we will not be using the company for our property portfolio.

Job was fitting a EV charger in a domestic premises. Very professional experience from initial enquiry to detailed survey and installation. Worked with us to understand our requirements and the whole team were helpful, skilled and knowledgeable. I’d be very happy to use Prolectrical in future projects.

Great professional company. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them again.

Prolectrical were just what I needed to get some work done quickly and efficiently. They responded to my enquiry quickly, came out within a few days and were very clear about fees and charges. I knew exactly where I stood - and was extra pleased to be given a clear timeslot for when they would arrive. The guys doing the work were polite, friendly and efficient and just got on with it - with the results I wanted. I would definitely use them again. My dog liked them too!

Really good emergency response as I had to have a weekend call out, as all the sockets in my home failed while I was away. Jon came and worked really fast on finding a solution. All sorted, it was in the end a simple solution, but complicated to trace, as with many electrical issues. Thank you so much for working systematically through my home to sort it all.

Excellent response to electrical fault. Costs etc explained in advance and electrician Jon was efficient and explained in full what he was doing. Price very reasonable

Great, professional, reliable and good value service. Booking and communication was very efficient. Works were undertaken on time by a very efficient and polite employee to a high standard. Advice given is very reliable and honest. Would definately recommend for all electrical maintenance requirements

We are very grateful to have the works completed so efficiently, thank you :)

A Highly efficient, professional and helpful team. We hired them to essentially rewire our entire house which they completed to a high quality standard, in a timely fashion and all while offering quality advice and being conscientious and thoughtful to our wants and needs both in terms of maximising our gains from the work and minimising the impact / disruption on our lives. Excellent job thanks Prolectrical

I have no hesitation in recommending Prolectrical. Francis installed my new oven, hob and cooker hood in a very thorough manner. His work can’t be faulted. They are a really nice, friendly and helpful company.

A very professional and efficient process from start to finish - quotation to installation of external distribution board and sockets. The electricians were considerate, polite and hard working. I would highly recommend Prolectrical.

Amazing job on helping us install new sockets in our home. We were laying the floor and they were able to fit their work neatly into our plan too. Definitely recommend

Professional and courteous company. Jon and Christy-Anne are a pleasure to deal with, no problem too small. The young man who came to do our work provided an efficient and tidy service, completing works as requested along with socket changes that hadn’t been previously agreed.

Excellent company. Proffesionsl and friendly

We ordered a garden room 20 weeks ago and discussed works to be carried out once installed along with the quote. The team arrived on time, did a great job and left it clean and tidy. Highly recommend. KH

Great service from Prolectrical. Jon came round to assess what needed doing very shortly after contacting them. Christy-Anne is lovely and helpful and very attentive over the phone, making sure the job was to our liking afterwards. Frances and Oli came about a fortnight after we accepted Jon's quote, worked quickly and efficiently and got the job done sooner than estimated. They also worked very quietly, no radios blaring or loud chit-chat, just keen concentration and professionalism. Highly recommended, well done everyone.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Look forward to calling upon Prolectrical again in the future.

Excellent service and quality of work

If you would want to use a company which communicates well and is punctual and efficient I would recommend Prolectrical.

Very professional, great communication and did everything they could to find and resolve the faults as quickly as possible, while not charging us for anything more than what was necessary. Thanks very much Prolectrical.

Excellent company. We had some complex lighting problems in a restored building. Jon's solution, using a long LED strip works perfectly. We're delighted with that and all the other work he did. Reliable and punctual as well. It's also very useful having Christy-Anne always available on the phone and internet to discuss issues. A great team!

I have used Prolectrical several times and on each occasion the work and level of service has been excellent. I highly recommend this company.

Thankyou very much for your prompt response and help in replacing our shower induction fan. We were very grateful for your advice and quick and efficient service.

Pro great electrical. Very good.

I gave Jon a long list of things I needed an electrician to do at home and i have been impressed with the service proelectrical supplied from start to finish. The speed of response, clarity on costs and actual work undertaken were all excellent. Andy undertook the work and he was helpful and friendly. He was clear about the options and flexible, working round me as necessary. All in all a fantastic referral from one of my work colleagues and I would have no hesitation in recommending proelectrical based on my experience. Thank you to a great team.

Jon and his colleagues have worked tirelessly over the past 6 months to unearth (pun intended) all the unearthed dangers in our lighting and other systems. It has required persistence and a lot of investigation to make sure the wiring and fire alarm systems in the house are safe. We salute them.

We have been using Jon and his team at Prolectrical for 5-6 years now. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Excellent service and work carried out a very high standard every time. Jon is also brilliant at thinking of alternatives or advising based on his vat of experience. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

John and Christy-Ann are so professional and do such perfectionist work in the electrical field - I would recommend them to anyone!

Professional service and great communication. Would thoroughly recommend
