First class service, as always!

ICM were recommended to us by a neighbour when we needed some electrical works doing in the house. They've been fantastic - reliable, punctual, helpful when we needed advice on which way to go, always courteous and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Ian arrived exactly as he said he would, carried out the work and testing with no fuss, and tidied up a few extra matters too. It was a pleasure to meet Ian and I would definitely recommend / use again. Andy Duncan

We are very happy with the work carried out at the bothy and its service building. We look forward to you undertaking some work at our house primarily involving a number of the external lights and in due course replacing the fuses with trip switches as previously mentioned to Ian. John and Mairi

ICM are brilliant, they keep in contact with you, arrive on time, and do a professional job. Efficient and tidy workmanship. Great team. Would highly recommend.

A professional and responsive service. They tried hard to ensure that the cost was kept at a reasonable level - given the soaring cost of things these days. Thank you

Cannot recommend Ian and his team at ICM Electrical enough… we were installing a new kitchen and sockets .. lights switches .. and outside light completed along with a new fuse board. Amazing job! Well done and thanks for your help.

Ian at SCM and colleague carried out full inspection at our property to ensure compliance with the new Scottish short term let regulations, and carried out the necessary upgrades promptly and efficiently.

Excellent value for money and good workmanship

Jonny and his colleague came yesterday as arranged to install 7 ceiling spotlights. They discussed with me my exact requirements before they proceeded, did the work expeditiously, and even hoovered up afterwards. They were friendly and efficient, and I’m very pleased with the work they did. A lovely example of true professionalism.

ICM was recommended to me, and I'm very happy they were. Top rate job, left the house clean and tidy. Professional and knowledgeable about electrical work. I will use them again, and recommend to others.

Fantastic professional service. Cannot recommend highly enough

Best electrical service

Excellent service from a very friendly company and a very competent fitter. They arrived at our house at the arranged time and fitted our new light fitting promptly and cleared up when nhe was finished.

This is the second time we have used ICM electrical, both times Johnny along with another colleague has completed the work . They have been very professional, efficient , helpful , tidy and friendly . Would highly recommended and will definitely use in the future .

Due to current workload, has to wait several weeks for an appointment, however Johnny was courteous and professional - both jobs were done quickly and efficiently. Extremely reasonable charge too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Yet again ICM did a fantastic job The guys are all efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommended

Excellent Local Company 👏

Excellent service provided by Aaron. Friendly and courteous young electrician who came to replace and fit our new smoke and heat alarms in line with Scottish Government regulations. Great job and thank you!

I had someone from this company come out to give me a quote for a new fuse box a couple months ago and they couldn't even have the decency to get back to me. Wouldn't waste your time with this lot. Absloute time wasters.

Excellent service and help given for an emergency situation.

Polite, prompt and carried out a very neat and tidy garage installation. I would highly recommend ICM Electrical for any and all electrical work. Ian even went the extra mile and helped me install my new TV on the wall. Great company and faultless service.

After trying other local companies who didnt even bother to return calls - ICM got straight back to us and had someone out the very next day. Job was done quickly and electrician explained everything well. Social distancing was observed and had mask on whole time - shows take safety seriously. Very professional service.

Got ICM into work, Ian and Jonny did a fantastic job. Quick, neat and efficient. They were very knowledgeable about the requirements for rental properties. Would definitely recommend!
