TH Neaves Electrical

James helped with an electrical safety issue. He was very responsive, punctual, competitive and professional. Would highly recommend.

Very helpful, efficient and friendly service from James. He popped by and sorted out our technical problem without any issues.

Couldn’t be happier. It’s good to find a reliable, professional electrician I can trust. Good at communicating, so I was never left unsure. He even helped me out straight away, when my diy skills failed me and I accidentally cut a cable. Very much recommended.

James has done several fitting jobs over the last couple of years, including smoke detectors, ceiling lights, patio light and EV charger. Punctual, polite, tidy, and great quality work. Very happy.

Would not recommend. James messaged me asking to arrange a time for next week. I explained that I only have Wednesdays off, but said I was flexible with the time to accommodate him. We agreed on 4pm. Today, at 3:22pm, James messaged to say he had just left and would be around 25 minutes. At 4:30pm, having still not arrived and with no further communication, I messaged asking if he was still coming and also tried calling, but received no response to either. I understand that things can happen and delays are sometimes unavoidable, but not turning up and then not responding to messages or calls is very disappointing, especially when I had specifically arranged my only day off around the appointment. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend.

Very good service and pleasant to deal with, from the initial visit to discuss the installation to the completion. I will not hesitate to use James's services again.

James did a first class installation of our EV charger, I would have no hesitation in reccomending him for any electrical work.

I hired James from Neaves Electric to install an external spotlight camera, and I’m very happy with the service received. He was punctual, communicated well throughout, and consulted with me to ensure everything was as I wanted. James stayed to assist with the in-app setup, ensuring everything was working perfectly. He also sent a minor works certificate the same day. I highly recommend his professional and reliable service.
