Brilliant service from start to finish! The office team were polite and efficient, and David, the engineer, was friendly, knowledgeable, and had the boiler up and running in no time. Couldn’t fault the service — highly recommend and will definitely use again.

I highly recommend this business. We had to call on them after British Gas left my ageing mother with no hot water or heating on a Saturday! We were so impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The engineer (Matt) quickly identified the issue and carried out the required work to rectify the problem, leaving her with everything working again.

An exceptional installation. The installer went well beyond the call of duty; he was meticulous and the pipe-work is a neat, work of art. Indeed, I would say that it is ‘beautiful’. Fitting a new boiler in a confined space had the potential to be difficult but at every stage, I felt confident about what was being done. This company have serviced my system for many years. Whenever there has been a problem, an engineer has been with me the same day. This was true when the 28 year old boiler failed; a quotation for a new system followed quickly and I am delighted with the final result.

Having previously used Warburton Building Services for a consumer unit installation I had no hesitation in using them again to fix a leak on my central heating boiler and carry out an inspection service. The fault was diagnosed quickly and the replacement part ordered and fitted without any issues. The area was left spotlessly tidy and the service certification sent by email the following day. All in all a great level of customer service.

I've had a horrible experience with your service. Workers have come three times to address my issue and each time they told me they would order a new flushing button. However, no one has ordered the button. This has been going on for more than a month and each visit requires me to wait at least two weeks.

I have needed Warburton several times. Always helpful, always prompt, always polite, always do a good job at a reasonable price. Always my first choice.

David and his service team have continued to provide an excellent, honest, reliable and efficient domestic heating and maintenance service over the last 2 years.

Great service all round from initial survey prompt quote and the follow up installation was efficient and seemless. The engineer cleared everything up you wouldn’t have known he had replaced boiler and various parts. Can’t fault any aspect and would highly recommend.

No problems with Warburton, they installed my heating system and boiler in my new build. And use them for the yearly service and have been spot on.

Professional, friendly and helpful

This is the worst plumbing company in the world. I bought a brand new house Warburtons installed the plumbing and heating. Almost 5 years down the line and I am still discovering faults with their shoddy workmanship and cheap materials. It has cost me £'000's to put things right. The list of defects is as long as your arm. Do not use EVER.

I looked to book our Annual Boiler Service via British Gas but as they gave a late appointment (mid April) I decided to go with Warburton as they gave earlier time, booking confirmed at 10:00am (end of March). In the service day I left my work and kept waiting from 10:00 until 11:30 and nothing, no one appear or called or send an email. I emailed and called them. The answer was: Sorry our Engineer can't attend and we have to re-scheduler the appointment to mid of April Please, at least send a notification email, SMS, or call me This is showing no respect for your customers. You can't hold people and act in this way

Not much help from cuatomer care.

Advised these were a professional service for carrying out a full inspection of my central heating system, identify the source of a leak and produce a report. The plumber that attended did not have the right equipment to carry out a full inspection or identify the source of the leak. He made several holes on the walls and could find the source of the leak. No thermal imaging camera used. The report amounted to about 4 lines. They were very expensive and in addition sent out an invoice that was incorrect failing to do simple arithmetic.
