Excellent service, Alex came out late one night to fault find when the electrics started tripping. He found the fault, explained everything to us and then returned whilst we were away to fit a new consumer unit. Everything was completed quickly in the timescales quoted, to a very high standard and we now have peace of mind that our electrics are up to standard. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alex and we will definitely use him again. Thank you!
Couldn’t recommend enough, completely goes the extra mile. Trustworthy, honest and professional
Andersen EV Charger installation. Excellent from start to finish. Came round to quote up and explained everything that was to be done. Incredibly helpful with communication and understanding of all circumstances. Managed to fit our installation in last minute which was amazing. Really happy with the work done and everything was left immaculate. Highly recommend!
Alex is very diligent, efficient, helpful and friendly, and he both co-ordinated and then installed a Hypervolt Ev charger at my house, and kept me informed every step of the way. In the past he has also performed electrical installations for us, and I will always contact Phase Electrical about any future work.
Install of EV charger. Alex was fantastic - friendly, efficient and professional. Great job, thank you!
Finding a good tradesman can be a nightmare with lots of rogue traders around. In our case we were looking for an electrician to do a house condition report and also help with some other issues at another house. Finding Phase electrical on a Google search near to me I liked what I saw and read, after emailing what I wanted to be done at both properties I awaited a reply ( which can be non forthcoming from a vast number of people). The reply came back very swiftly with a very positive response saying that what we required was no problem at all. A phone call later and a visit to both houses to see what was required I knew that Alex was the person for me. Very polite, extremely knowledgeable and nothing we wanted was too much trouble. Everything was great, from the quote which outlined everything, to the booking and undertaking of the work, all done with care and attention to detail, even cleaning up any mess ( which was very minimal). I will only use Alex at Phase Electrical from now on and have already passed his details on to my son who needs some things doing also. Excellent work from an excellent company, a highly recommended 10 out of 10.
After initially contacting Alex, he came out very quickly to provide me with a quote for an issue with my electric shower. Alex took the time to do a very thorough check of what was causing the issue. Once he was able to find the source of the issue, he explained clearly what he was going to do. Alex provided a very reasonable quote to do the work and once accepting the quote, he was able to come out within a matter of a couple of days to do the work. Alex is very conscientious in his approach to his work and clearly takes a lot of pride in what he does. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone needing any type of electrical work.
Brilliant service, communication and work! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alex.
Alex has worked in our home he is very professional and courteous, clean working and would definitely recommend.
Alex did some rewiring in our tearoom to sort out a long standing problem with our circuts. He was very efficient and completed the job which was harder than he thought it would be in good time. He left the tearoom tidy after completing the job.
Alex is amazing. Very good rates and lovely guy. He’s done a fab job and we will be using him again.
