Burroughs Electrical Ltd is praised for friendly, professional service, with reviewers describing Luke and Jack as helpful and knowledgeable. Several reviewers report clear communication, turning up when promised and tidy work that left no mess. Customers mention work done promptly and to a good standard, including EV charger installation, security lights, sockets, a TV wall mount and a garage power supply. Reviews describe the pricing as fair or reasonable, though one reviewer notes a clear and detailed quote rather than a price. One reviewer says they were unfailingly friendly and efficient.
Helpful, fair and knowledgable. Highly recommended.
Just had my EV charger installed and I honestly couldn’t recommend Luke enough. From start to finish he was brilliant — the quote was clear and detailed, he came back to my questions quickly, and everything was explained really simply. He turned up exactly when he said he would, carried out the work efficiently, and left everything spotless. It’s great to find a tradesperson who communicates well and delivers top-quality workmanship. If you’re looking for an EV charger install, Luke is the one to go to. Already planning to use him again for lots of other work.
