Good communication, on time, no long waiting, friendly, straightforward. They take the time to discuss the project and answer questions along the way. When they arrived for the job they were respectful and efficient.

Good communication throughout. EV install was straightforward. Had a slight issue with WiFi but was able to resolve successfully. Great service

Great service, friendly engineers, would recommend.

Very good service! Very polite engineer. Good communication through out the whole process.

From the initial contact to the final installation it was obvious that EV knew their stuff. I was 100% confident I would get a 1st service and I did. Communications were spot on, all questions received a clear answer. The installation team were great, worked efficiently and explained everything before leaving. It was also nice to see EV providing a career opportunity as they had taken on an apprentice.

Would highly recommend. Excellent communication and very quick to respond to any questions. Arrived on time, installation was quick and left very tidy.

Super helpful, installed within a couple of hours and tidy thank you!!

Excellent job, went for the Hypervolt pro 3.

Exceptional service understood exactly what we required and installed very professionally and neatly at the location we requested. WhatsApp communication made everything so easy.

Had two EV chargers fitted to my property, I was really happy with the communication from first enquiry to fitting. I was given different options for chargers and cost, both chargers were fitted very neatly and in the position that I requested. Brilliant service and I would recommend. Thank you

Fantastic service and competitive pricing. They were quick and helpful with all communication throughout the booking process. They arrived on time and fitted it exactly as I had hoped. The cabling etc was done all very neat and tidy, and the installer was a lovely person. Great job, I highly recommend

I can't recommend EV Infinity enough. I was very unsure about what I needed and which company to choose as I have never had an electric car before. From the start they were friendly, knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. I was offered plenty of options and advice which made me feel comfortable to choose them. The engineer arrived on time, was polite, completed the job quickly and even cleared up after he left. A very professional company who I would be happy to use again.

Great communication start to finish & Wes was clean tidy & efficient on day of installation. also 3 years guarantee & more importantly help if required anytime. highly recommended.

Very pleasantly surprised with everything to do with the installation of my charger. The lead time was only about a week, the installation was quick and the fitter was really tidy and cleaned up after himself. The price was also at the lower end of my expectations.....really nice guys to deal with.

Brilliant and smooth process from booking to installation. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service – Highly Recommended! Absolutely delighted with the service and installation of my new Hypervolt Pro 3 EV charging station. Wes, the installer, did a superb job from start to finish. The installation was extremely neat, clean and professional, with great attention to detail. Everything was left spotless afterwards, with all packaging, offcuts and waste removed — you really wouldn’t know any work had been carried out apart from the new charger on the wall! Wes was friendly, pleasant and professional throughout, taking the time to make sure everything was installed correctly and neatly. What impressed me even more was the speed of the whole process. From making the booking to having the installation completely finished took just four days and that included a weekend. Fantastic service, excellent workmanship and a genuinely pleasant installer. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. A big thank you to Wes and the team. Very highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fitted a home charger for me. Brilliant work from start to finish. Really helpful from first contact and up to the end of the job. Really clean work and would use this company again. Thank you.

Efficient and professional.

Very impressed with the service from start to finish. The charger was fitted by Wes. He has done a great job. Prompt arrival, clean and tidy, great advice. I would highly recommend using them to anybody looking to get a charger installed.

Wes came to fit my charger on Tuesday. Arrived exactly when he told me he would, explained what he would be doing talking me through all the steps. He was very professional, tidy and polite. He installed my charging point exactly where I wanted it (even though it was awkward) and once he was finished he left the area he worked in tidy and looking like now work was ever carried out! would highly recommend! 10/10!

Extremely efficient well mannered engineers who completed the task quickly and tidily. Good pre-installation communication and very competitive quote. Could have done with a bit more on-site demonstration of the app, but assistance in downloading app was very helpful.

Great communication and good service. Very quick and clean fit.

We had the guys out to fit a charger after moving into a new house. Top quality communication and answered all our questions, had to wait for some other electrical work to be done first, but no pressure from them and came out exactly as advised, cleaned everything up and in/out with no fuss - 100% recommend to anyone needing a charger

I did my research before contacting EV Infinity, to ensure I chose someone who cared about neat installations and quality materials. I wasn’t disappointed. Wes and Matt did a great job and took great care and attention in routing the cable to keep it hidden as much as possible. Used Doncaster Cables Ultra EV and cable clips that are hardly visible. Would highly recommend.

Installer very polite, tidy install and explained the features of charger & app.

Superb advice / great customer service / competitive pricing / extremely polite, friendly and competent installer - would definitely recommend

Great service from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and they were very helpful in checking everything beforehand and recommending the Hypervolt Home 3 Pro. The installer was friendly, efficient and professional, and took the time to explain everything and make sure it was all working properly. Would definitely recommend.

Great polite company to deal with and a good quality neat job done 👍🏻

Great communication, was happy to answer any questions I had. Engineer turned up on time and was polite. Overall a top experience. Thanks.

Recently had an EV car charger fitted by EV Infinity Installation. Louis came to our house to see the existing installation and gave us a quote for supply of the charger and installation cost. On the arranged installation day Wes the electrician arrived on time carried out the work in good time with minimal interruption to the house supply. On the first night using the charger it became apparent that the charger was taking some of its supply from my solar battery. I contacted Louis and the glitch was rectified the same day by a minor wiring modification and repositioning of the monitoring CT. Louis was very helpful and replied to my query almost immediately. Great service and I would recommend this local company if you require a car charger installing. Thanks.

100% Recommend… easy process from start to finish with very helpful & knowledgeable technician’s

Guys came at short notice fitted a hypervolt charger, did a fantastic job, quick efficient and fantastic communication. Would highly recommend these guys Jason

He did a great job and very helpful.

Straightforward communication and a hassle free installation. All notifications completed and certifications provided immediatley upon installation. Installer, (Wes), installed the Hypervolt charger quickly and left no mess. He also provided a great demonstration and advised on relevant apps etc. Thanks Louis and Wes! 😉

Outstanding service from start to finish and competitive pricing. I had a Hypervolt 3 fitted, Matt arrived at around lunchtime and was done in a couple of hours with minimal disruption. He managed to run the cabling through a wall and under stairs cupboard directly to where the charger is mounted so no cables are running around the outside of my house. Did a very tidy job, tested everything and helped me set up the app as well. Charged my car with ease last night. All in all I would highly recommend.

Fantastic service. Wes was incredibly efficient, hardly knew he was there! Such a tidy job, really pleased. Whole process was easy. App is so easy to use. Thank you 😊 ⚡🔌

Fast, well organised. Extremely tidy and professional, thank you. Would recommend to anyone.

Came on time installer very clean and tidy an very helpful good job all round 👏

Superb job by Wes and organised professionally by Louis. No fuss just very straightforward. We will use them when we need help again with our EV related supply!

I used EV for the first time this week. They provided me with a time and date, and arrived as arranged. Wes turned up and while my wife and I were indecisive Wes provided the best options. He assisted my wife to clear part of my garage before routing the cabling so that little was showing. He did an excellent job and was very pleasant. When the installation was complete he packed the boxes back into the garage before sweeping and clearing any debris. An excellent job, completed professionally. I would recommend to anyone. Many thanks.

Staff is prompt to reply any inquiry and explains in details. Specially thanks for the engineer, Matt, who came on time and polite. The installation is just perfect. Highly recommend to anyone who is interested in installing an EV charger.

Absolutely brilliant work done by EV Installation, chatted through WhatsApp first, all you do is answer simple questions asking where you want the charger fitted, where the meter cupboard is, just easy questions. You get a quote in minutes and if you choose too, go from there. We spoke on the Friday and the charger was fitted on the Monday morning. Took just over an hour or so to be fitted, Matty who fitted the charger gave us great operation instructions, could not fault him, very polite and cleaned up the tiny amount of mess after drilling through brick. I would definitely 100% highly recommend this very local business on the Wirral. Cheaper than fuel companies too which is most important. Thanks for your installation.

Very professional and efficient. The whole process from enquiry to finish was seamless and they communicated every step of the way.

Excellent job, thanks again

Have just had Louis install an EV charger for me today. He came out at the start of the week and did a site survey, noting the distance from the car to the charger install location suggested several chargers which would come with a long enough cable. Along with some advice about choice and recommendations on the most reliable. He managed to fit us in 4 days later and came out installed, showed us how it was set up, configured it to work alongside our solar panels and made sure everything was tested before leaving. I would highly recommend EVinfinity to anyone on the Wirral, Cheshire and surrounding areas who want a courteous professional installer for there EV charging who will take there time and provide quality service.

Louis is a credit to the company, I had a query about optimum settings on my OHME charger and it was dealt with very swiftly. Much appreciated. 👍👍👍
