ACPowertech Ltd is praised for professional, polite service across air conditioning, electrical work, EV charger installations and extractor fans. Customers value clear explanations, tidy, quality workmanship and responsive support, including when an installation issue needed resolving. There is also some feedback about difficulty getting a reply, so communication may not always be consistent.
We recently had an air conditioning unit installed, and although the original unit turned out to be faulty, I was really impressed with the level of service I received. Daniel and the team were professional, responsive, and did everything they could to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. When it became clear the unit needed to be replaced, they handled the situation quickly and efficiently, helping us get a brand-new and upgraded unit installed as an exception but with minimal hassle. Their dedication to making things right really stood out. Highly recommend for both their expertise and customer service!
We have used AC Powertech for the last 4 years. Always do a great job.
I have used AC Powertech regularly over the last few years and they have always been excellent. Recently had some electric car chargers installed and they were great at explaining the process and left no surprises for us. They are always very polite, professional and I would highly recommend Rich and the team.
I prefer to use local businesses and found these chaps. They did a fantastic job on my charging point which also needed a cable run around the outside of the house. I was so happy with them that I got them back to do our extractor fan, another quality job. I will gladly use them in future.
Contacted this company a couple of times concerning installation of an EV charger. I like to use local companies, but they could not be bothered to reply. I certainly won’t be contacting them again.
