Plug It In Group Ltd

Had my install today in Hull. Firstly, the engineer James (plug it in) turned up early and as I had taken the day off work and arranged for my old car to be collected I was pleased about this. Then I had ordered a tethered charger and my wife wanted an untethered one as it it neater. The engineer was more than happy to see if it could be switched for an untethered one which he confirmed was not an issue. He then asked me to confirm where I wanted it installed. My wife got the exact location after some deliberation and the engineer was very patient and gave useful advice about how he could install it. It was installed in a clean and smart way with the cable and box looking really good as was the hole needed though the gate frame. A very polite and pleasant young man, that was very patient and knowledgeable, particularly as we had a lot going on at the time. He also helped set up the app afterwards, cannot fault and highly recommended, thanks for a 5 star service

Jack has been to my property twice to check a fault on my charger and to install a new ev charger. He has done an excellent job on both occasions. He was very professional and didn't leave the job until he was happy everything was working properly and I was happy with the installation. Would recommend Jack and Plug it In to anyone.

Very quick service, they fit me in as an emergency and got the job done.

I booked a survey with them to install EV charger, they didn't show up, and they didn't have the coutrsey to contact me either. I called them on the same day, and they confirmed that they are coming. Ive spent all day waiting for nothing. Not professional at all

Andy and his team were most helpful and provided a really quick service. They even arranged an electrician on a Saturday when they don't normally work so I was rather impressed. My EV charger was fitted really quickly and really looks the part. Thank you.

I found this company as they were installing an EV charger at a neighbours house a week or so before I was taking delivery of my electric car. I took a card, and the neighbours gave a good report. I contacted them shortly after my car arrived, and found them equally helpful, and professional. My unit was fitted within a couple of weeks of first contacting them. The admin of the various grants given by the Government were made very straightforward, even though the fitting was charged through my business. I found them very easy to get in touch with, and was able to describe just where I'd like the unit placing via photos and email!. Which was really useful. I didn't need to take any time off work in order to get the unit installed. Having my meters outside was key to this as well though. There was a problem with the charging unit immediately after fitting due to a slightly quirky electricity supply at my house. This was all sorted within 24h though, even though it required them to contact the unit's manufacturer and getting them to slightly modify the software! So very much a place I'd recommend for great, customer centred service!

Excellent service from start to finish. I had concerns about where to site the charger but Andy made sensible cost-effective suggestions. Installation was neat and tidy. A pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service all round. Before agreement, the communication was spot on and the process was explained with clear choices by Andy. The installation team, Jack and Jake turned up on time and placed the charger to my preferred choice. They did a very neat job and went above and beyond to make it seamless, and cleaned up everything afterwards. Also the price was less than I had been quoted by any other Rolec installers. I had an EV charged pod installed and they did a wonderful job. They added a new consumer unit as well, very professionally and neat. They did not leave any mess and finished when they said they did. I am very happy with their work.
