McMillan Electrical

Ron fitted a new car charging port and fuse board in our family home. We found him reliable, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Just what we wanted! Thanks Ron!

Very reliable and very friendly service provider. Professional in all aspects of house electrical needs. Dan’s team not just did a good job but also cleaned up everything after themselves. Highly recommended.

Ron responded promptly to my request and was helpful arranging a time convenient to our tenants who do shift work. I shall definitely contact him again for any electrical work we need.

I have used Ron a few times now on house projects and he is great, he always turns up on time, cleans up after himself and the work is very good- I would highly recommend him

We worked with Ron and his amazing team on a big rewiring and lighting project on a listed residential property. They were onsite for 3-4 months and Ron diligently checked in on the team and project most mornings. They were a pleasure to have around - a great choice of contractor. Highly recommended!

We highly recommend McMillan Electrical. Really good communication with us from getting the quote to doing the job. They were polite and always checked with us where we wanted things etc, really professional and trustworthy.

Ron and his team have been fantastic, not only is the work they have done top notch but they have been able to adapt to the changing requirements of the job every single day.

Very pleased with the job Ron completed for us putting new lights up and adding a power extension point. Good communications and a reasonable price. Would use again.

Ron and his team were fantastic. They were punctual, efficient, thorough and reasonably priced. My house was upgraded significantly and I was left very happy with the results. Will use them again and recommend them to anyone

Excellent response to query, acceptable cost and two separate work packages completed as promised, will use again.

Friendly, efficient service. Recommended.

EV charger installed. Ron and Oz were great. Both really friendly and a professional job done, including making sure everything was tided up after. Ron briefed Oz in detail on the job and trusted him to get on with it, frest to see this trust between a manager and their staff. Oz was aware of animals in the house and kept it secure throughout so they could not get out. Highly recommend McMillan Electrical and will definitely have them back to do other work when we need it.

I use RMES for all the electrical work in our residential building. He is always responsive, and does a great job. Definitely recomended.

We've been using McMillan Electrical (Ron) for a couple of years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. The last couple of jobs have been done by a colleague (Lucian?), and the work has been up to the usual high standard - prompt, on time, polite, effective, efficient and tidy.

Responsive , Professional and knowledgeable service. I highly recommemd this company .

Very fair and helpful electricians.

Professional service, on time and very professional.

Amazing service thank you!

Carried out installation of new sockets and outside lights efficiently and professionally. Took care to adopt the best approach to what were some challenges and consulted at all stages. Of particular merit was the identification and remedy of an existing fault.

EV charger installed, Ron was very neat and tidy, explained everything in detail, also with commissioning the charger with the manufacturer. An excellent job and I would highly recommend McMillanElectrical.

Ron has done a number of jobs for me, an external power supply to my garage, lighting to garage and finally fitting a new socket in my hall. He is friendly, a neat and tidy worker, gives suggestions where needed, punctual and a knowledge electrician. Provides a certificate of Building Reg compliance if needed. I highly recommend him

Very high quality service. Excellent communication. Would definitely use McMillan Electrical again.

Uncomplicated, competent, reliable.

McMillan Electrical were able to cure an electrical wiring fault when other professional organisations were unable to do so. Very prompt and friendly service.

Ron and Lucas were very helpful and professional. Ron gave us a competitive quote and Lucas worked very hard to achieve it. Would definitely recommend.

Ron and his team have been working on our adaptation projected after the previous electrician walked off site. I have found the team to be friendly yet professional and although work is still on going they have completed other small projects for us and I would highly recommend them. They get the job done in a timely manner but then have to wait for the other trades to catch up.

We have had many years of excellent service from Ron at the Sailing Club. I do not hesitate to recommend Ron for any electrical work. It does no harm that he’s a really nice bloke too.

Brilliant job at a sensible price, friendly and very professional. Works premises. Will use again when required.

Having tried to get an electrical contractor to come and carry out our regular checks I was very pleased to find McMillan Electrical. He came promptly, gave us a very competitive quote. His operative turned up on time and efficiently carried out the necessary work. I would highly recommend them

Fantastic work. Was very professional and communicative. Would happily recommend them or hire them again.

Highlight recommend. Ron has completed a number of electrical projects for us over the years and we have been very happy with the works. If you are looking for a local electrician who arrives on-time, completes works to a high standard and to schedule, Ron is your man.

Used RMES many times for my electrical projects, small and large. Always high standard of work and friendly service. Keen prices and punctual - What more could you want?! Would definitely recommend.

Ron - what a legend!! We contracted Ron to work on our whole house renovation. The job included ripping out all of the old wiring, and re-wiring the house, including a new consumer unit. Ron took great care and pride in our house, completing all work to a very good level. Ron had a great level of knowledge which he politely shared with us and we used this expertise to make many decisions in the house. His colleague James was also brilliant - really nice guy and could tell he knew what he was doing. Our favourite thing about Ron was his great communication, including his very detailed voice notes or videos! Absolute pleasure working with you Ron!

Ron installed an EV charger for us. It a straightforward installation as our consumer unit is on the front of the house a the charge point needed to be on a he back, but the job was done very neatly and on time. We had issues with our he charger itself but Ron helped to work with the supplier to resolve. Reccomended!

Have used Ron for a number of jobs over the years, always been very happy with the quality of his work and service.

Ron quoted to install a new supply from meter to kitchen for a new electric oven / induction hob. Job done with flexibility around the date of delivery to ensure we without a cooker for the shortest possible time. Neat and tidy and all done exactly as quoted. Great job!

Ron was brilliant and worked efficiently. He had to do some quite fiddly jobs and work out the best method to do it, going round the kitchen cupboards- you wouldn’t even know the cabling had been put through now!

Excellent work - really helpful with suggestions and everything was done to an extremely high standard.

I have used Ron for all our electrical works undertaken through my small kitchen business. The work has always been to an exceptional standard and without issue. I have also used RMES in my own home several times and have always been very happy. Highly recommended
