East Goscote Electrics Ltd

Expensive and bad attitude

Fred is always so helpful, polite and cheerful and he’d arranged for Steve and Fabian to come to our house in Ragdale,(24 October, to fit an external security light. Steve is always brilliant and Fabian will have a very bright future ahead of him too. Both workmen, Steve and Fabian, were great today: conscientious, polite and very tidy. Thanks very much for the excellent service today:these two and Fred, are a credit to the business. Thanks from Ian

Just like to leave Fred some great feedback. Very polite , Very professional and knowledgeable. Simple replacement of a light switch and sort stat fans. Great service! Also tidying up site, which most people don't do! Not like the service Jelons give you.

Great and quick service received from Fred :) thank you so much !

Simple extractor fan replacement as part of our new home maintence on behalf of Jelson homes. Fred arrived on time and got the job done nice and quickly.

One of my kitchen downlights needed replacing and so i decided to get all 6 replaced as one would look out of place and Steve the Electrician who was sent was nothing short of a Gentleman and he did a cracking job very knowledgeable clean , tidy and polite id definitely use East Goscote again.

Steve replaced all of the electric sockets in my kitchen, it was such a fiddly job, but he did a First Class job. Steve also has a nice easygoing manner which put me at ease.

Frazer was a star , he came straight away and sorted my electric problem straight away

Fergus did a fantastic job today getting our electric supply sorted. He was knowledgable, efficient, friendly and thorough. Highly recommended

Alex did a fantastic job fixing 2 lights today, very efficient and friendly.

I rang East Goscote Electrics with a significant electrical problem/failure at my home yesterday Alex from East Goscote Electrics visited today Quickly identified the problem Sourced the piece of kit that needed to be replaced Thoroughly checked all was properly functioning before he left Pleasant, courteous, effective – a pleasant experience for this 1st time customer Thanks Vincent

Alex did a couple of jobs for me, very pleased with the work and a very knowledgeable guy. It is definitely a five star rated company.

Very happy with the team. Their pricing is good. Their presentation is good. The people are very nice and supportive. I feel comfortable knowing that I have them when I need them. Highly Recommend.

We used EGE because we'd had good service from the plumbing side of the business in the past. The initial assessment by Fred was very helpful and the completion of the work by Frasier was first class. Price came in a bit cheaper than expected. Result!

Came to change smoke alarms but didn’t need to. Fitted carbon monoxide monitor in kitchen though. Good friendly young man! But such a shame u sent a Man Utd supporter to this Leicester supporter’s house after last nights match! Haha Still give u 5/5 stars regardless!! Hayley Sharpe

Alex was extremely professional, courteous and thorough when fixing a valve relay on our heating system. He is a credit to the company.

Alex arrived with smile on his face - a welcome yet rare event these days. He was professional as well as being very friendly and talkative. He advised the issue, offered a solution and proceeded to fix it. Many thanks Alex - a great service!

East Goscote Electrics performed a safety check on a new house I purchased and carried out the necessary repairs I needed. Throughout I have found them to be punctual, professional and friendly and I am very pleased with the work they have done.

Have used them time and time again for repair work and electrical test/reports for insurance. Never gone anywhere else, great people along with great service.

After an initial mixup, East Goscote Electrics were quick to come out and look into my bathroom extractor fan that had stopped working.

Fast and helpful service. Industrial electrical installation check and report (EICR) completed on time and on budget. Would recommend.

We had the house electrical system fully tested and certified as well as a dozen appliances PAT tested. Fred was brilliant, explained the process and regulations where necessary, worked cleanly and efficiently from start to finish - simply excellent
