What a fantastic experience and first class family firm. Cannot fault from start to finish. They were recommended to us by a Heating Engineer friend, and although out of their normal "patch", happily came and did a survey. Understood our needs completely. Gave us a detailed job spec and quotation. The work was booked in. Engineers were friendly, helpful, knew exactly what to do and were a pleasure to have around. There was no mess and everything was left clean and tidy. Full explanation given as to how to operate everything. From dealing with Louisa in the office, Steve doing to survey and the guys doing the installation, I could not fault the whole experience. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely return if we need further rooms doing or we move house and need to start the process again.

Outstanding installer of air conditioning. Excellent communications from Steve, from selecting a system to discussing the customer's installation needs, to confirming the order. Dom and Toby came to do the install and were timely, courteous and friendly. They engaged with all my nerdy questions and didn't wear their shoes inside my home. Very professional results with no damage, no mess and everything cleared up behind them. Good communications again from Louisa in the office who dealt with the invoice and aftercare supervision. A really lovely, genuine team providing a professional service from beginning to end. I am so glad I found them.

Great service! The lads who installed my two units were very efficient and tidied everything away afterwards. I had an issue with the Mitsubishi app which James sorted out on a follow up visit. Can highly recommend!

We have a retro fitted air source heat pump that is very temperamental! All I can say is thank goodness for James (senior engineer/boss man) who solved a really complicated problem for us and Liam who today spent several hours tracing some mad wiring and finally identifying the issue as to why the hearing was on even without demand. Liam remained calm and thoughtful throughout this process, referring back to James on some future work that could be done as well as sorting out today’s problem. Very speedy response to our air source heat pump which had stopped working in the middle of winter. We were very impressed at the service which meant the issue was sorted quickly and we were kept informed along the way regarding where new parts were etc. Great service - thank you!

This is not the 1st time we have used ACS, and again the service and quality of work was excellent.

The 2 engineers turned up 10mins early having rung to say they were on their way. Dom & Liam did an amazing job fitting 2 Heat-pumps at our home by 6pm that day. Including wall mounting one outside unit to ease our side walkway for me .There was no sign they had even been there when they left ,Totally cleaning both areas they worked in & moving furniture back for us. Brilliant job guys, so impressed all round

We had a problem with our air source heat pump unit which had left us with no heating during a spell of cold weather. After searching for help without much response we then found ACS. Fantastic from start to finish, responded promptly and completed an honest assessment of the work required. Within hours of the first call, they presented us with the options available to rectify the problem. By 10 am the next working day a professional repair had been competed well within the quoted repair figure and timeframe. Customer service as it should be, I would highly recommend their services.
