Scintilla

Very competitive , compared to the big guys ! Definitely recommend, Straight forward, and done exactly as discussed, very helpful, and fitted me in out of work hours, Good work fellas ,

Very easy process. A visit to my home was arranged and they arrived on time. Quickly provided a quote that was very competive. On the day agreed David arrived on time and installed the charger exactly where I needed it. There was an issue with the charger. David tried to resolve it . After calls to the manufacturers help desk the issue could not be resolved. Davis was trying without success until 8.00pm. It was later confirmed the charger was faulty. David returned a day after the replacement arrived. The charger works really well and communicates with my Octopus EV rate. The sign of a really good contractor is not when all goes well, but in the overall process when things go wrong. Scintilla proved to me that they are not just a good contractor they are a very professional company having ownership of their work. They are local to me and provided excellent service. Without hesitation I highly recommend them.

Very professional service, great comms.

We had a great experience with Scintilla for our EV charging point installation. Daniel came over to discuss the options and made everything clear. The work was done well and quickly, the whole experience was smooth. Highly recommended 👍

A very professional, efficient service. We didn’t have to wait long for work to be done & it was carried out quickly & efficiently. Can readily recommend these guys, without hesitation.

Thank you very much to Scintilla for your very professional work. We were concerned about choosing the right company to fit an EV charger as there is so much competition but needn’t have worried as the work was carried out to a very high standard. From the start our concerns were put to rest as they are so friendly and helpful. Once the charger was installed they showed me how to connect it to my phone app and ultimately use it. I would highly recommend them.

Daniel and David are both excellent electricians. Daniel came around to quote and we agreed a price. All work was carried out to an exceptionally high standard and the place was left spotlessly clean. We will definitely have them back for all work in the future and can not recommend them highly enough.

What a brilliant, friendly, professional company. Highly recommend! Buying my first EV was rather daunting but Scintilla made the process much easier for me. I received a same day reply to my EV charger enquiry and a home visit/ quotation within a couple of days. The quotation was great, it really helped me understand the different types of chargers and options available to me as i really had no clue as a first time EV buyer. On the installation day, Daniel completed the job much quicker than i was expecting and carried out everything to a high standard. My new Ohme Pro charger is super easy to use and looks great. I am not usually one for leaving reviews but I couldn't not for this company. People need to know what a gem of a local business this is in Downham Market. Thanks Scintilla.

Great installation neat and tidy. Friendly service. Highly recommended.

David and Daniel were a great find. Very quick response, reasonably priced, and worked quickly to a very high standard. They were even great with my nosy dog wanting to oversee all the work being carried out!

I Would recommend DC electrical. They were quick to respond to my enquiry, and promptly provided me with a quote. The work was carried out at the agreed time. I’m very happy with the work and would definitely use them again.

Excellent Service. Excellent Communication. Telephoned with an emergency situation on Saturday morning re my elderly parents. Asked that they let me know when they would be arriving in order to warn them, and communicate afterwards to give a report. Did all that I asked in a very friendly and professional manner. Would definitely recommend. Thank You.
