Highly recommend Rob; really efficient service, polite and knew exactly what he was doing. Will definitely use again in the future.
I called ION Electrical this morning and was fortunate enough to speak to Rob about a faulty top oven. He was incredibly helpful and took time to talk me through what might be the problem. After discussion, he concluded that, in all probability, the appliance, was at fault, rather than an electrical issue. So rare these days to be able to speak directly to a professional in this way and to receive such advice. I was greatly impressed and would have absolute confidence using ION Electrical for any future work
‘Rob always delivers reliable, professional service to the highest possible standard. Whether it’s a full system overhaul to meet required codes or an electric shower that is acting up, he is the man for the job. He will always be my first and only call for electrical work. Many thanks!'
Did a great job putting in some sockets and replacing existing fittings. Nice guy, punctual and job as quoted. Will definitely use Rob again.
