Amazing service from start to finish , Craig and the team helped me with my lighting around my patio,outdoor lights and also connecting a new smart thermostat internally , always had the time for changes and help along the way with ordering some thing I wasn’t knowledgable with , highly recommend

Made a booking 1 month in advance. When the electrician was 90 mins late, I was sent an email (!) to say that they would not make it and rearranged my appointment for 2 weeks on. They were apologetic, but that is meaningless when you have already waited a month! As with any organisation, it's when things go wrong that you find out how much they care about their customers. This obviously doesn't happen with every bit of work they do, but for the benefit of others, this was my experience of how things were dealt with when it goes wrong.

We spent over £3000 on an outdoor project with this company. Craig was the project manager. A year later the system does not work and the company does not respond to any emails / messages. This company is dishonest. Be very careful before hiring this company, you may risk throwing your money and time.

James was early! He was polite He brought the right switches Blink and they were installed and the right bulbs too Yekky intrsuction good Read our non functioning U/floor Htg in new pavilion.
