CELECTRIC LTD

We recently needed an EV charger installed for my elderly Aunt and Uncle, and after a very frustrating experience with our energy supplier’s installation engineers, we decided to source our own electrician. Originally, the charger was meant to be installed by the supplier’s contractors, but the whole process became a mess. There was confusion over where the charger could actually be installed, the location was changed at short notice, and the wrong charger was supplied with a tethered lead that was not long enough for the revised position. In the end, we returned the charger and started again. Connor at Celectric Ltd came very highly recommended from a friend, so we contacted him and explained exactly what we wanted: an Ohme Home Pro installed neatly, sympathetically, and as aesthetically as possible, with wiring hidden within wall cavities where feasible. This was something the energy company surveyors had outright said was not possible. From the very first conversation, Connor was extremely customer-focused and clearly wanted to make sure my Aunt and Uncle were comfortable and happy with the solution. He arrived early on the day, worked solidly all day, and took real pride in ensuring the installation was professional, tidy, and minimalist. The end result was excellent and far exceeded expectations. Even more impressive was the time Connor took afterwards to explain everything clearly and patiently to my Aunt and Uncle (and to me as the family’s designated “tech and electrics” person). He walked us through how to use the charger, how to register and use the app, and even gave helpful advice on electricity tariffs and switching to an EV-friendly rate. Connor was pleasant, patient, and genuinely cared that everyone understood both the installation and how to use it confidently. If you are considering an EV charger installation, I cannot recommend Connor at Celectric Ltd highly enough. I will absolutely be using him again when I purchase my own EV or hybrid in the next few months.

We had an emergency at my Mother in Law’s house, she is in a hospital bed, plugged into a wall socket that had been broken when the bed had been moved by the carers. It was left exposed and dangerous. I contacted Connor as this was an emergency situation for us. Connor was here in about 20 minutes, he replaced the socket, moved it and another one to a safer location to help with the bed positioning. Connor was excellent throughout our experience, fast to respond, excellent standard of work, very understanding and respectful. I would highly recommend Connor to anyone needing work done, if you want it done to a high standard, he’s your man.

I would highly reccomend Connor. He has fitted outside lighting along with outdoor plug socket. Good job, high attention to detail and would have him back to complete any other electrical works.

Connor installed an EV charging point for us. Installed very quickly from first contact and all work to a high standard and test certificates provided. Highly recommended

From the start Connor was efficient and professional. He gave us solutions all the way, rather than problems. He made sure everything was safe and correct. We would definitely recommend him.

Connor installed a new Ev charge point for me in an older property also fitted with existing solar system- he installed the new charger seamlessly and it integrates well with the solar. Fantastic job , great value , would highly recommend and done in a quick time frame to the spec I discussed with Connor. He also went the extra mile and upgraded some older elements of the house and installed some extra safety equipment for piece of mind. My energy provider was talking weeks for an install and I am sure it would not have been as detailed and professional as the service Connor provided and all done within a week too. For anything electrical- see this man !
