James has done a couple of jobs around the house for us including installing our tesla charger, all of his work has been done to a very high standard and excellent service. Highly recommend him and will use for any electrical works we have.

James arrived earlier than expected, was clean and tidy and his workmanship was excellent. Very happy customer

Top Quality Work I have got my Tesla wall charger setup done today. I picked James number from Tesla recommended website and I can say that i was lucky enough to have him as his expertise on this areas was superb. The whole installation was really smooth. He gave me lot of tips on how to use these chargers. He was very polite and friendly. The best part is Quality of his work - the wires are properly fitted, he has cleaned all the wire cuts and he hasn't charged until the work is reviewed by me ... Thank you James, hard to find people like you

We had an excellent experience! James fit us in at short notice, offered the best price we found, and provided a smooth, speedy installation. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. Even now, months later, when we had an issue due to the UK heatwave, he was quick to help and offered support without hesitation. Truly outstanding service from start to finish — highly recommended!

James has fitted our EV charger today - the service we’ve received was beyond exceptional. James is very responsive and provides you with all possible options available to ensure you are happy every step of the way. Our desired location of the EV charger was very far from the main electricity point but James installed the wiring so discreetly that I didn’t actually noticed it was were there. We are very pleased. Thanks James :)

James installed a Tesla EV charger for me. He turned up on time and explained what was involved prior to starting. His work was excellent and he talked me through how to use it once installed. I would recommend James and will definitely use him again in the future.

James continues to be our go-to electrician after multiple jobs. Initially, he replaced our consumer unit and handled several electrical tasks around the house with excellent workmanship. Since then, he's completed additional electrical work for us, maintaining the same high level of professionalism and courtesy. He's always patient in answering our questions and explaining his work.

James was great whilst installing a new Tesla Wall charger, the communication in agreeing a date and time to complete the installation was second to none and the installation itself was carried out very professionally.

James did a brilliant job installing our Tesla Wall Connector. He arrived promptly and installed the charger fast and efficiently. I would highly recommend Electrical Intelligence Ltd. Competitive quote and great communication throughout.

I had my Tesla charger connected yesterday by James. I cannot thank him enough for a job well done. He was prompt, polite and took me through setting up the App on my phone for ease. I will use him again and again and will not hesitate to recommend him. If you are looking for a competent and well mannered electrician, James is your man. Amelia

Booked James to install a Tesla charger. We had a quick consultation over a video call and everything was outlined ahead of time. He turned up on time and everything was done to a high standard. Once things were installed, he gave me a quick walkthrough of things on the Tesla app too. Would definitely recommend!

Came to fit a double socket for my hot water tap. Not an easy job because of the location of the existing power supply but he did a great job and found a way around it. No mess no fuss just a good job and a good guy. Definitely my go to electrician now!

Last week, James from Electrical Intelligence installed a Tesla wall charger outside my garden, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his work. Additionally, he installed an extra outdoor garden extension plug socket for me, which was done just as perfectly. He is incredibly skilled, polite, and professional. James ensured both the inside and outside walls were left spotless, demonstrating great attention to detail and care. He also responds quickly to any enquiries online or via chat, making the entire process smooth and efficient. Both installations were done seamlessly, and the areas were left clean and tidy. I highly recommend James and Electrical Intelligence for any electrical work – truly outstanding service!

Great service and skilled electrician

I recently had a Tesla wall charger installed as well as a light fixture fixed by James from Electrical Intelligence and I am really happy with the service. James was punctual, communicated clearly throughout the process, and demonstrated a high level of expertise. The installation was done efficiently and tidily. James was very polite and professional. Highly recommend.

I was happy with the care and attention taken with what was not a straightforward install due to location of meter and distance and steps to drive. Made a good job of considering how cabling could be run to hide as best as possible. Happy to recommend

Key Positives: Professionalism, Punctuality, Tidy, Quality, Responsiveness & Value This is the second time we've booked James for works and once again he's provided the perfect service. We booked him to install outdoor lights for our newly landscaped garden. He installed lights along our fence panels and along the flower beds around the perimeter. James kindly advised what type of lights would work best for the desired outcome and I must say he was absolutely right. The garden has been totally transformed- my husband and I are over the moon. James was also tasked with a very tricky job of replacing an old extractor fan that wasn't installed properly. Once again, James advised on what unit to purchase and the best way to get this installed so that we had properly functioning extractor fan. Both jobs were completed in good time to a perfect standard. James is now our go-to man for all things electrics and we have since recommended him to friends and family who have also used his services. In an industry plagued with bad practices and poor experiences, James is the exact opposite. James always goes the extra mile to ensure the works are done to a perfect standard, not to mention he is just an all round top guy! Thanks once again!

We had our Ohme home charger fitted today. James is very professional, knowledgeable, humble, calm, neat and tidy. After the installation of the Ohme home charger, James carefully talked through the system with us. I will use and recommend Electrical Intelligence Ltd to friends and family in future.

After a previous installation kept tripping out, asked James to come and fault find as well as repair a socket and install/replace two new garage lights. On inspection the previous install was most definitely not fit for purpose (photo to prove it). Once we agreed what should be done James set about not only replacing ALL of the junction connections, re routing the cabling so less intrusive and installing an additional 6 lights along with proper Whisker boxes for the connections to ensure that the install was as it should be. Cannot recommend James enough and will definitely be using again

Efficient and Friendly, I would definitely would recommend

James was brilliant from the very start when enquiring, to following up with a check in a few days after the EV charger was installed. James gave us a brilliant quote & was able to complete the work in a very short space of time which was ideal for us. We will definitely be returning for any other electrical work needed & cant recommend James enough!

We recently had the pleasure of hiring Electrical Intelligence to install a Tesla wall charger and an outdoor plug socket at our home, and I am thrilled to share our fantastic experience. From the onset, James was a true professional. He promptly responded to our inquiry and provided a detailed and fair estimate. He was transparent about the costs and the timeline, which helped us plan accordingly. James arrived right on time on the day of installation, fully equipped and ready to work. His expertise was evident throughout the process. He meticulously fitted the Tesla wall charger, ensuring it was perfectly positioned and securely attached. James also took the time to walk us through the setup and how to maximise its efficiency. His attention to detail was equally impressive when installing the outdoor plug socket. He chose an optimal location for it, considering both accessibility and aesthetics. Safety was clearly a priority for James. He adhered to all electrical codes and standards, conducting thorough testing after installation to ensure everything was in top working order. His work area was kept neat and tidy, and he made sure to clean up thoroughly once the job was completed. Moreover, James was exceptionally courteous and happy to answer all our questions, providing us with valuable tips on maintaining the electrical units. His friendly demeanour made the entire service experience very pleasant. We are absolutely satisfied with the work done by Electrical intelligence. The Tesla charger and outdoor plug socket have been working flawlessly. It's reassuring to know that such a skilled and reliable electrician is just a call away. This was not a problem, James kept calm and was able to use his troubleshooting abilities to find a breakthrough and run the cable causing minimal disruption. 100% recommended and use his services again.

From start to finish James was fantastic, I immediately got a quote within 24 hours from requesting on the website about an EV charger install. He was able to book me in promptly and arrived on time as he said on the day. He installed my charger with no issues and all the cabling was done neatly. After installation he also even showed me on my Tesla app how to connect the charger and sort out all WiFi connections.
