Ian is reported to have identified and repaired a freezer socket and consumer unit within minutes, fitted an EV charger in Cumbernauld, and replaced a fusebox, sockets, switches and an aerial cable. One reviewer said he explained everything clearly to a novice. A dissatisfied reviewer said he took payment upfront and later became hard to contact, leaving work incomplete; another reported being left with an incomplete job. Positive themes include punctuality and clear explanations.
Brilliant service - sorted out not just one problem but two in our house - really helpful, trustworthy and value for money. Ian responded quickly, offered excellent chat and explained everything brilliantly (even to a novice/dunce like me). Will definitely use again.
Ian fitted my ev charger in Cumbernauld and did a very good job at a fair price ,
Ian changed an old fusebox for us yesterday, replacing it with a modern version with trip switches. He also took care of a few sockets and switches that needed replacing and moved an aerial cable for us moving it to a more convenient location. Ian was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable and not just about his job. Ian's work was neat and tidy, we are delighted with his work and as a bonus it was done for a great price. We would definitely recommend and use him again. Margaret & Ian
