Excellent service from Cromer Electrical. Will, Austin and Coby were professional, competent and efficient throughout. Their workmanship was excellent, and they were friendly, reliable and respectful. A real credit to the company — highly recommended!
I recently had Cromer Electrical to help get my holiday let fit for purpose.I had a massive list of jobs and even added more on the day. New fuse box, lots of new double sockets, fire alarm installed, cooker hob and oven installed and heated towel rack relocated. Will and Coby got the lot done in a day to a high standard with a can-do attitude. Friendly, polite and respectful of the property I would highly recommend this organisation.
Fantastic customer service, Cromer Electrical managed to fit me in for a job the next day. Will and his colleague (sorry can’t remember his name!) were super polite, professional and fixed the problem very quickly. I would highly recommend 👍
EV charger installation. I used Cromer Electrical in 2025 having previously used another company locally for electrical work. What I liked most was their ability to do exactly what I needed on the day and time specified with all the required compliance paperwork to follow… helpful, professional - hence I recommend! 👍
This company don’t seem to know who is working in their name and have left me with no working boiler and lights hanging off my kitchen ceiling. They had promised to repair both, having themselves disconnected both. I have heard nothing from them since Wednesday despite chasing them several times. I feel they have fobbed me off and don’t care about customers. It is now Monday and they are still fobbing me off. It is no joke to have no boiler with no hot water and no heating when it is snowing outside.
Lovely 2 bed flat. Centre of town and well decorated. Great stay
Great service. Faulty outside security light expertly sorted despite late call out at night with Coby fixing the wiring problem up a ladder in the dark. So very grateful to him.
Thanks for coming out on a bank holiday! Recommended.
Nice friendly lot, recommended....
Will and his lovely apprentice (Apologies) didn't get his name. They were absolutely amazing....shoes off at front door (No need) ....I cannot praise them enough....mum is 85 and Darren ensured mums heating was sorted for her.....fabulous service and I will be contacting in the future.
Totally professional. Liam turned up on time . Was very honest reliable on time …fortunately . It turned out to be a small problem. Hence his honesty . Thank you Liam I highly recommend Stern Electricians to anyone needing an electrician … totally reliable !
Great knowledge.... amazing team... 💯 Recommended
I would recommend Cromer electrical, They do work for my plumbing company on my behalf and also ar my own home, also willing to give advice when need it
Truly shocking experience with Cromer electrical. I would not recommend this company to anybody at all. They are chasing my late mum for a debt off £954! They never completed the job infant the electrical installer walked off the job and refused to come back to finish the work. They have terrible customer service skills.
Ask for a quote for some work after a few weeks didnt get them I had to book while I waited for price. Never got the price then 1 electrician and his apprentice came I work on site so I know what sort of price I could expect then the man left the apprentice to do a lot of the work so took 6 hours to fit extractor fan and very over charged by alot tried to talk to them they were just rude about it left a mess in work place
Responded at very short notice and was great value and very professional. Would highly recommend. Very positive experience.

I would not personally recommend this company to anyone.
Darren and his team have done a lot of work for myself and my peers. Everyone has been very satisfied with the work that has been produced from a very friendly team and would all highly recommend. Thank you!
I am very dissatisfied with the service I received.
