Across many reviews, Eco one Electrical Ltd is described as professional, friendly and polite, with reviewers often mentioning clear explanations and thorough work. Several reviewers say Seb was knowledgeable, patient and took time to explain things, including setting up an EV charger and app. Reviewers commonly report punctual and tidy work, with instances including replacing light fittings, fitting ovens, installing a Ring system and replacing a fuse box. One reviewer described delays and unsuitable parts while trying to get a new heating controller fitted with a backup battery, saying this was not all Seb's fault and the job was completed in the end. An emergency bathroom fan issue was also diagnosed and resolved.
Replaced light fittings in my house on Holy Island. They were competent, punctual and friendly. I would highly recommend these people, they did an excellent job.
We contacted this company after they had been recommended by friends. We live in an area where we have a lot of blips in the power supply and as we are getting older the cental heating control was in a place that wasn't convenient for resetting every time the electricity went off. We decided that we needed to have it moved and get a new one that had a battery backup. Seb came along listened to what we wanted to do but then showed us another option that wouldn't require movement of the controller and that we could operate from our smartphone. We ordered the controller which unfortunately wasn't complete when Seb came back to fit it - problem with the company who supplied it. A replacement one arrived but when it was looked at it wasn't suitable for what we actually wanted. A third one duly arrived and Seb has been back today to fit it - success. Seb spent time with us and our phones explaining everything. Yes we had a few problems on the way, not all Sebs fault but we have got their in the end. Seb has been totally professional throughout the whole of our journey and I would always recommend him & his company.
Excellent service from Eco One. They responded to my enquiry by return, arranged a time for Seb to look at the job and provided a quote later that day. Seb turned up exactly when he said he would and did a great job. Very tidy, professional, friendly for a competitive price. Completely recommended.
Excellent service provided by this company . Seb very knowledgeable and very polite when in my home . Provided a great service explaining everything in detail . Highly recommend this family business . Nothing is too much trouble . Price also excellent 👍
Both Sebastien and Lee are professional. Genuine work and very thorough. Would highly recommend.
Seb installed our new holiday cottage EV charger and he was brilliant! He spent time finding out what we required and choosing the right charger for us. He was patient when we changed ideas, and made sure we knew what to expect and how it would work. On the day the charger was installed he took time to ensure the back office app was all set up correctly and that we knew how to use it. A massive big thank you, Seb, for all your help! We highly recommend Eco One Electrical Ltd. :)
Thank you very much Lee & Seb for your hard work and quick responses on urgent works for Brown & Co. We really appreciate it and will continue to use your services in the future :)
Just had them over to install a full Ring security system what a professional job, quick and great price. Help show how everything worked and walked me through everything from start to finish. Will be getting for all my Electrical needs. Thank you Seb

We got our old circuit board replaced recently and are really happy with services provided by EcoOne. Seb was very clear on things to do and timelines. Even clarified my stupid questions. Very professional but accommodating to our changing requirements. Thanks Seb for the work. I would certainly recommend my friends to talk to you in need. Gav
Seb sourced & fitted a new electric heater. He turned up on time and left the place clean & tidy. Also he gave advice on another electrical problem. Thanks.
We had a bit of an emergency situation with our bathroom fan and Seb saved the day! He was meticulous in both his work and his explanations as well. He was able to diagnose the issue with our fan and offer solutions for our circumstances. He always always turned up on time and on the days he stated. His wife, Lee was also incredibly helpful as well in dealing with the logistics. I would highly recommend Sebastian both for his professionalism and his friendly nature.
Very pleased with the work done by Seb. He is meticulous in his approach to the work in hand and explains any options before proceeding with the work. Seb did a full check on our electrics and carried out a number of improvements. I can highly recommend Eco One.
