One reviewer had Sean from TH Electrical install a new socket and light and said he was friendly, on time and did a quality job quickly. Another said two electricians arrived on time for an EV charger installation, were friendly, tidied up and carried out the work with minimal fuss. A third reviewer said an engineer sorted a solar system inverter problem and gave tips in case it happened again. Others described a thorough survey and installation of an EO charger, with staff ensuring everything was set up before leaving, and a tidy, neat install by two named staff who stayed late. One reviewer reported chasing an aerial upgrade for months since April, with replies saying they would get back to them but no response, so they had to find another company. TH Electrical Ltd was also described as professional and helpful, but one reviewer said they would not go anywhere else for additional panels and batteries and system maintenance.

UPDATE: I have been chasing an aerial upgrade for months (since April). Lots of replies saying that they will get back to me, but no response so I'll have to find another company now! I found TH Electrical via the Rolec EV charger installation page and I'm very glad that I did. It took a little longer than planned to arrange the installation, but this was due to me ordering a bespoke colour from the Rolec range. On the day the two young electricians were bang on time and really friendly. They carried out the works with minimal fuss and tidied up after themselves to. They were impressed with the colour that I had chosen for the EV charger and it was only £18 more than the standard one - all arranged by TH Electrical. TH Electrical didn't invoice me until they had received the grant to subsidise the cost and even then allowed time for payment - that said I paid it on receipt, as they had been so helpful.

Phenomenal service, we had issues with our solar system and more specifically the hybrid inverter, i mentioned over the phone the issues we were experiencing, the recpetionist stated it sounded like an inverter issue, which immediately put my mind at ease that the team knew what they were about. The engineer came out, sorted the problem, gave me tips to resolve the issue should it materialise again. As the rules have changed since we had our system installed, I want to have additional panels and batteries added, to cope with our requirements, I won't be going anywhere else to have them installed and our system maintained. Thank you!

TH Electrical were professional and thorough from the start of surveying to the final installation of our EO charger. Quick response and friendly staff. Ensured all set up before leaving. Thanks so much.

Great service from Mark and his team when installing my EO charging point. Really impressed by Jordan and Scott who attended and went that extra mile to stay late and make sure everything went well. I cant fault their dedication to get the job done, friendly positive attitude and brilliant skill for a tidy and neat install. Amazing service and cant recommend them enough!
