Karma Electrical & Fire Systems Ltd fitted a new heating system and upgraded a fuse box for one reviewer, who said everything worked well apart from noise from one heater that was rebuilt at no cost. Other reviewers said a new heating system was fitted and that the fitter was polite and tidied up after himself. One reviewer said outside lights were fitted and the work was very good, but the worker kept his shoes on after being asked to remove them and left dirt on a rug and in a cat's water bowl. Another reviewer described rude workers who did not know which materials their landlord had asked for, complained to the landlord that the reviewer was anti-social, and said an extractor fan was still not fitted 18 months on.
Put in a new heating system for me last year and electrical fuse box upgrade, everything is working great, had a bit of noise from one heater when charging but came and rebuilt the core as heater is still under guarantee, no cost to me or my landlord, workers very friendly and clean up thoroughly too.
Rude workers, unaware of what materials they're were asked to use by my landlord and then complained to my landlord that I'm anti-social. 18 months on and I still don't have an extractor fan because they can't seem to organise.. Well you know the saying
Had outside lights front an back today very good. But he didn't take his shoes of when I asked as I have new carpets down just kept walking in out shoes on, also he left dirt on rug in kitchen dirt my cats water bowl.

Just had a whole new heating system in can’t recommend karma enough nothing to much trouble and the fitter Richard was polite tidied up after himself, could not have asked for anyone better Richard is a credit to the company
