Phase Contractors DCI Ltd

I was looking for a professional company that I could feel comfortable dealing with and PHASE ELECTRICAL DCI LTD made the experience a positive one. The communication was helpful and everything was dealt with in a polite and professional manner. It is always reassuring when a company makes the process easy rather than adding unnecessary stress. Overall, a very good experience and I would be happy to recommend them to others based on my experience.

A huge thank you to Haydn, Dan, Monty, Zac and the team at Phase. Having recently completed a full house renovation for us we cannot recommend enough. Turned up when they said they would, competitive quote, great communication and worked hard every day without fail, in all weathers, to get the job done to a high standard. Each stage of the renovation was fully explained and the job was started early and completed on time and on budget. No nasty hidden extras or trying to upsell products once contracts signed etc. Just honest, hardworking team of lads with amazing workmanship. The made a really stressful situation completely hassle free.

Highly recommend Haydn at Phase Contractors. We’ve used him on a number of our jobs now and he’s always reliable, professional and easy to work with. His work is always completed to a high standard, he turns up when he says he will and he’s great at working alongside the other trades on site. Really knowledgeable, tidy and dependable. We’ll definitely continue using Haydn on our future projects and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Phase Contractors to anyone looking for a good electrician.

We recently had our entire downstairs renovated by Phase Contractors, including a full kitchen installation, the removal of three internal walls, the creation of a utility room within the garage, a complete electrical rewire, full decoration, and numerous additional works. The end result has been delivered to an exceptional standard. From the outset, the project was managed with professionalism, transparent communication, and meticulous attention to detail by the whole Phase team. Haydn, who oversaw the project and carried out all electrical work alongside his team, was outstanding throughout - punctual, reliable, honest, and highly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain each stage of the process, offered thoughtful and practical suggestions, and ensured every element was completed to the highest standard. The team’s workmanship is exceptional, and it is clear that real pride is taken in every aspect of the job. Any additional requests we made were handled without hesitation, and our neighbours even commented on how hard the team worked and how tidy they kept the property. The entire team operated efficiently and respectfully, maintaining a clean workspace and minimising disruption. We moved out during the renovation, and Phase Contractors delivered the project on schedule. A special mention must go to Monty (carpenter), whose craftsmanship and willingness to go above and beyond made a significant difference. He is a true gentleman and exceptionally skilled. The finished kitchen exceeds our expectations - beautifully executed, flawless in quality, and even better than we had imagined. Phase Contractors brought our vision to life, and we are incredibly grateful for their dedication and expertise. If you are looking for a contractor you can trust to deliver outstanding workmanship to the highest standard, I wholeheartedly recommend Phase Contractors. We would not hesitate to use them again for any future building project.

I honestly can’t recommend Phase Contractors highly enough. They carried out a full upstairs renovation for us, including a complete electrical rewire, and the scale of the work was huge, taking everything back to brick and rebuilding from scratch. From start to finish, they were absolutely brilliant. The team was professional, reliable, and clearly takes real pride in their work. What really stood out to me was how clean and organised they kept everything, even with such a big job going on it made a massive difference day to day. Communication was spot on throughout, always keeping us updated and explaining things clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence in what they were doing. The quality of the finish is excellent, and you can tell they don’t cut corners everything has been done properly. You hear people say things like “trustworthy” and “attention to detail” in reviews, but in this case it’s genuinely true. They made what could have been a really stressful project feel smooth and manageable. If you’re looking for electricians or a team to handle a full renovation, I wouldn’t hesitate highly recommended.
