Frederick's Electrical Solutions is named for a helpful electrician, Fred. One reviewer said he knew his stuff, and four workers fitted new storage heaters under a housing association job, working constantly and being polite and careful in the home. Another reviewer said Fred kept in touch while returning to check new economy 7 heaters that did not charge at night, and found the cause was a smart meter not switching between day and night timers. A third reviewer said it was quick and efficient, with very competitive prices. The second reviewer's return visit followed that reported fault with the earlier heater installation.

We had to get Fred the electrician to come back because the previous new economy 7 heaters that were installed did not charge up at night. Fred communicated with us throughout. This allowed us have full confidence that all the checks that were being made were carried out with due diligence. The culprit turned out to be the smart meter not switching between day and night timers. If you need an electrician we would reccomend.
