Brooks Electrical Services Ltd

Superb customer service and communication. Office administration and on-site operators very pleasant, professional and pa;tient. All went the extra mile to ensure total satisfaction. Absolutely delighted and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to all.

Electrician was working next door so I called their office to see if he had capacity to look at something for us that i predicted would be a very quick job not worth sending someone separately to quote for but said of course if bigger appreciate would need formal booking. They called the engineer who said no problem, he popped in looked at the switch moved one wire and explained to my OH where he had gone wrong. Engineer was great and in house no longer than 5-10mins max. I then received a bill for £54 ‘our minimum charge’. No one had mentioned this on the two phone calls prior to him doing the job and personally I think this is dishonest and unreasonable. There were no travel costs, no one’s time to quote and it was a 5-10 minute job. I have raised this with Brooks but they said no leniency irrespective of situation. Will not be using them again.

I booked them and had a few weeks wait for the job to be done but it was worth the wait as they were 100% professional and courteous friendly and polite...all work required was carried out and 100% happy with it. Also during the estimate stage I wasn't told u need this replacing or thats no good type sales pitch they are honest and trustworthy and wont try to make u get work done that u don't need so if u need work done. Then book these guys. It might be a wait but it will be worth it 👌

What a pleasure it was dealing with this company, from the initial enquiry to the completed job, and to top it off reasonably priced. Well done Brooks I would highly recommend,.
