Acacia Electrical North East reviewers often praise the friendly and professional service and the tidy finish left after work such as cable replacement, a fuse board renewal and electrical jobs, and named staff are also described as considerate and easy to work with. One reviewer says a fuse board renewal left the place spotless, while another reports clean work and good communication on gas and heating work. One reviewer reports a problem being found within an hour. One reviewer says an electrical safety report was professional at a reasonable price, and another says the work was responsive with updates. However, one reviewer reported trying for weeks to call and leaving messages before an appointment that was not kept, and another reported two appointments where nobody turned up.
Fantastic friendly service 😁😁 Left my home perfectly clean and tidy after replacing downstairs cables to fix lighting. Great communication too. Defo will use in the future and highly recommend to friends and family! Well done guys 🙂
Excellent service from Eddie from start to finish. The quality of the work was outstanding, with minimal damage to the walls and a very professional finish throughout. He was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. When I wasn’t completely sure, he asked the right questions and helped me work through the options, offering expert advice without ever being pushy. I work from home, and he was incredibly considerate, making sure I had internet access when needed and checking before any power interruptions. Professional, experienced, solution-focused and easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will definitely use him again for any future electrical work.
