Excellent service at a sensible price. Steve was always available for consultation and invariably kept appointments. He even turned out on a dark Friday evening to investigate a worrying electrical fault which turned out to be a Western Power problem with the supply to the house.

Steve has been fantastic from start to finish. I asked a local Facebook group to recommend an electrician and Steve's name came up from others who had used him. He was responsive and replied to messages during business hours and was always polite. He turned up both times on time, was polite, clear on what was required, helpful and more importantly tidy! I needed to nip out whilst he was at my house and I had no issues with leaving him there alone, when I came back he had finished and tidied up after himself. I would easily recommend him and use him again in the future.

Steve was recommended to us to install a 32amp socket for a hot tub. We ended up also having him install an EV charger, 2 light fixtures, a bathroom fan, and fix some damaged wiring that was causing a short. Price was competitive and work was excellent. Steve was very professional and went above and beyond for us. One day when he was here to do some of the electrical work, he helped us out with an unrelated problem by emptying his van in our drive so he could use it to collect our delivery (on a pallet) that was stuck across the village because the delivery lorry was too big for our village lanes! He was also great about making sure our indoor cats didn't get out, came when he said he would, and kept us informed at all stages. We will definitely be booking him in the future for any and all electrical work.

If we could give ten stars I would. The entire service, from beginning to end was friendly, professional and rigorous. Steve installed a 32 amp external connection and an EV charging station. Both were done quickly and efficiently, and the communication was always fast and clear (he'd reply to our questions quickly and update us with his progress regularly). That's worth five stars but Steve went above and beyond. He did a few minor repairs in the house for free ('I'll just do that while I am there') and he even used his van to ferry a delivery from the A-Road to our house (it arrived via a lorry that could not fit up the lane). On top of it all, he was a friendly and professional person to have in our home. Highly recommended.

We needed extra sockets fitted which meant new wiring and I requested slimline trunking. Quoted for everything I asked. He arrived on time. . Done most of the sockets but forgot about the one that needed wiring and trunking. Came back the following day to fix socket and put really thick curved. Trunking on.and charged extra. It was unsightly and I wasn't happy THEN the trunking started to come off the wall..He offered to come back and put extra screws in. I said I asked for slimline trunking. He said that size was needed for size of cable. I didn't like his attitude. I didn't want him back in my home. I had someone else come in and fit the slimline trunking I wanted. I have before and after photos. He accused me of being aggressive but I have EVERY message. YOUR REPLY IS AS EXPECTED. Before and after pictures. I think I have added them correctly. I am not good at adding pictures. I am entitled to post my review as I see it. Regards. UPDATED. Re your comment regarding three weeks As you well know my husband has Cancer and undergoing treatment so things have been rather stressful here and I was expecting you to offer to return and CHANGE the trunking as requested.

Steve has completed a wide range of electrical works at our house including indoor/outside lights and sockets, installation of all kitchen electrical equipment and outdoor spa installation. All work has been completed to a high level of quality, nothing is ever too much trouble with Steve, we would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Steve has worked for us on a couple of occasions now and I strongly recommend him. He communicates very well, is punctual and gets worked booked in a timely fashion. His prices are very reasonable.

Left us with a half fitted socket and did not return. The outside lantern he fitted broke within a couple of months and he kept making excuses not to come back and fix it. Even made out a response on WhatsApp was an auto response but I sat and watched him type it. I would not recommend.

So impressed with Steve's work ethic. After being ignored by 2 previous electricians who gave me quotes and then never got back to me and ignored my messages, Steve was a breath of fresh air. He replied quickly to my enquiry, turned up to look at the job when he said he would and emailed me the quote when he said he would. Quickly gave me a date for the work to be carried out and did the job within a week. It took less time than he expected so he charged me a fair bit less than the original quote. He's efficient, friendly, polite and does a great job. I won't be looking anywhere else for any future electrical works I need doing. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Highly recommend Steve for any electrical work, communication was clear, he found an alternative way of completing the task as I did not want visible trunking, very tidy when doing the job….left no mess … professional and friendly service . I have no hesitation in either recommending him or using him for further work .

My usual electrician didn't have availablility so I tried Steve and was very impressed. How good?! Well, let’s see. First of all, replies to messages promptly. Then was able to suggest a day in the not too distant future. Then was able to accommodate me changing that date. Then actually turned up on the day in question and did the work!! Fantastic service and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Workshop lighting upgrade. Willetts electrical changed the old fittings from twin fluorescent tubes to bright 80w Robus LED strips. The work was completed in a timely manner, within budget and the workspace left spotless. I will definitely is them again. Thank you
