Amazing service from Shiney Electrical. Lovely team to deal with – from calling the office to quoting and carrying out the electrical work. Very knowledgable and excellent at working through problems and providing solutions. Will definitely be using Shiney again! Thanks!

As always on time reliable and honest pricing

Shiney Electrical was easy to deal with, turned up on time, and did a thorough job, providing a detailed EICR report.

Shiney Electrical have been brilliant from start to finish. They recently completed a large solar installation for us, including panels, a battery system, full house backup and an EV charger. I chose Shiney over much larger national and regional companies for a few key reasons: 1. A genuinely bespoke service. As well as the solar install, they were able to take on additional jobs at the same time, such as adding extra garage sockets and installing attic lighting, which made the whole project far more convenient. 2. Easy to work with. They visited early on to talk through our requirements in person and took the time to properly understand what we wanted rather than offering a one size fits all solution. 3. Independent, informed advice. They did not push a particular brand or manufacturer. Instead, they talked us through the options and helped us make an informed decision that suited our home and budget. The installation process itself was seamless. Shiney were flexible with start dates, worked around our schedule, and kept us clearly informed about what would be happening each day. On site they were friendly, professional, and respectful of our home. At the end of the project, Lee took the time to walk us through everything and make sure we were completely happy with the setup. I would recommend Shiney Electrical without hesitation. A fantastic local company delivering top quality work.

Great service arrived as schedules and completed job to expectation. Do not hesitate to use.

Reliable, trustworthy and efficient! Professional workers and friendly service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team at Shiney.

Excellent service did the job the same day by a lovely guy and we had every confidence in him.

Shiny Electrics are the best. They're incredible prompt, turn up when they say they will, just fitted an electric shower for me straight away in one day. So pleased, no waiting!

Andrew was punctual, professional and very personable. We would certainly use him again.

10/10 company to deal with, always going the extra mile in terms of customer service and attention to detail

Fantastic customer service, needed an NICEIC with little to no notice and I had someone out to get the job done. Would highly recommend these guys for all your electrical needs

Shiney Electrical LTD - Solar PV & EV Charger Specialist Shiney Electrical LTD installed my charger and did an excellent job with all my electrics - arrived on time, efficiently did the work, were polite and helpful throughout. Left with a perfect installation of my new EV charger which works beautifully. Thank you so much. Fr. John Eatock

Delighted I found Shiney for the job. It was a large installation (28 panels + three batteries + EV charger) in limited space, but they were faultless from the start. Sarah both drafted the initial proposal as well as attended the site on the first day of works, so the engineers understood requirements precisely. They worked hard to minimise damage despite awkward runs, and everyone on-site was as competent as they were courteous. They even returned (at no additional cost) to make good on some acoustics, which was something that only became apparent following completion. All in all, you'd struggle to find anyone better for a solar array fit. 100% recommend.

Great solution to a tricky issue involving BT Fibre, router location and adequate signal through concrete walls and floors. Excellent work at every stage.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shiney Electrical Ltd. Efficient, and no long waiting time for the work to be done. I only wanted a fire alarm replaced but both the young lady on the phone and the electrician were helpful, kind and friendly. If only everyone in our world today had the same manner Thank you

I highly recommend Shiney Electrical LTD. The office staff were polite, efficient, and professional. Communication throughout was excellent. The two electricians were courteous, efficient and did a great job resolving all of our electrical problems in a prompt manner. I will without hesitation use Shiney Electrical for all of my future electrical needs. Thank you!

Shiney Electrical recently completed TT earthing installations and carried out EICR testing for me at two remote sites. On both occasions, their service was first-rate — clear, timely communication, well-managed scheduling, and high-quality workmanship. Their pricing was very reasonable and fully transparent. The operative, Jamie, was highly proficient and professional throughout. He took the time to explain the scope of works, ensured compliance with current regulations, and left both sites clean and secure. The work was delivered efficiently and to a high standard, with all necessary documentation provided promptly upon completion. From the initial enquiry to the final sign-off, the process was straightforward and well-handled. I would not hesitate to recommend Shiney Electrical and will gladly work with them again on future projects.

Utterly shocking service phoned this morning at 10:30 for a emergency call oit as my breaker box had blow or something. Anyway rolling on past 2pm he decided to eventually show up. He spent no longer than 10 minutes here and told me he will need to order new parts and will take 3 days as its a special order I wasn't so happy with that I swapped some wires around after asking him if he could just try and do something to atleast give me some electric he definitely said no but anyway 20 minutes after him leaving I've messaged him telling him I've got it all up and running and nothing was actually broken I'm pretty sure he knew this as he then followed to ignore me for another hour then send a invove through that he is demanding I pay even tho he hasn't done anything or stayed for the hour he is demanding money for. I've said utterly not happening and now he is threatening to go to my landlord as if its anything to do with them. His attitude tucked the entire time he was here huffing every 5 seconds all on my cctv turns around at oke point and says we'll what do you want to do as there is going to be so many issues before even looking at it.. scam artist who ever shown up to my property today.

Amazing company, helpful and efficient.

We called Shiney Electrical with a problem and they came the same day to take a look and it was fixed by the following day - brilliant

I recently enjoyed an hour at Shiney Electric display studio . I got to touch ,see and understand what renewable energy could do for my property and the financial benefits. Installation of an EV charger... Cannot recommend highly enough. I am very pleased. If more companies provided this kind of excellent service, the world would be a better place. Many companies may charge similar prices, but Shiney go way beyond that. Pride themselves on high quality work, expert advice and most cost effective outcome! And its so very true. Office staff are also of the highest level.

Really great service and work - I called Shiney to check on a burnt socket at a house with an old lady tenant - Lee contacted the tenant, arranged an appointment for the next day, attended as arranged, carried out the work efficiently and tested all the circuitry to make sure all was OK. The price for the work was competitive and reasonable. The tenant was very happy, I am very happy and will certainly contact Shiney again for electrical work. Thanks Lee, great job.
