Great company to deal with, their communication is excellent, always keeping you informed from DNO applications through to commissioning. The installation team were pleasant and hard working on our installation and when we encountered a fault on our system months on (through no fault of theirs), Jonny offered to come out and fix it as soon as he could. Couldn't ask for better than that.

I could not recommend this company more highly. They stepped in to sort out the mess left when our previous, useless installer creased trading without compeleting our job. Absolutely top person l had a bit blown off my panels that had not been installed properly asked for advice on a fb page and Jonny immediately messaged me and told me not only exactly what l needed but he had spare and would provide these free of charge and help in any way he could when hes never spoke to me before l thought this was class. very knowledgeable and l will definitely be in touch in the future and recommend to family and friends. thank you so much mate

Brilliant from start to finish, kept in touch throughout the full process including help with applications for Home Energy. Trust Scotland and G99, during installation all steps were explained and even during extremely hot weather all installers done very well. GivEnergy system installed and top class, developed a fault with my inverter after 6 weeks and it was no issue for Jonny and his team to came out and got my system back up and running with no fault with the installation. Just had a 9kW system installed in Bearsden by Jonny and his team. Fantastic service from initial contact all the way through to post installation setup. I looked at several quotes and Jonny was the most thorough for answering my (many) questions. He responded to all messages personally and quickly. Exceptionally hard working as he never seems to take a day off. Installation was great. A really pleasant team that kept me informed at every step. Great attention to detail and were allowing me to make changes to number of panels and location even while they were on the roof. Post installation, he did all the MCS and software registration the same day the install was finished. I wouldn't hesitate for a second in recommending him.

Where to start, I asked Jonny to install a car charger at my house. At the time the we were getting works done in the house and the floor was lifted. I asked him to pull in the cable for the charger so all of the floor could be restored. He came out and done that, when he returned to complete the install, he comes and tells me the cable is too short, who does that? His solution was to install an isolator in the garage. I agreed to this as the alternative was to rip up my newly installed wooden flooring. He then installed the charger, at the time I was still waiting on my car, so when I went to install the app I discovered I was unable to connect to the charger to set up. I have a charger I am unable to connect to it. I have tried to contact Jonny by email and phone call and have not had any response back despite an assurance from him he would come back if there were any issues. Another let down was that Jonny did not advise me that I had to secure grant funding before the install and after sending through the certificate that install date was before the grant award resulting in the grant being withdrawn a loss of £300 despite advising he had done lots of installs that involved grant funding from the Scottish government.

Highly recommend Logan Installs, right from initial quote, through all the drawn out process with EST to final install and after sales Jonny has been excellent, patient and accomodating. Very professional, everything was done right regardless of time down to the smallest detail (weather was a challenge to say the least during our install). His recommendation of system (12 panels & 9.5kw battery) exactly fits our need as discussed at initial meeting unlike some others who were quoting for what they wanted to put in. - it also does what it says on the tin, with our set up and staying with Octopus Go 7.5p tarrif our bills have dropped 60% and with the EST loan offer we are net £50 better off consistently each month. Still more to come once export set up. Would not hesitate to point anyone in their direction.

Had 6KW of solar panels, Solaredge inverter, and Solaredge home battery installed. Jonny and his team were very professional, polite and courteous. Installation was completed in a timely manner, at a very reasonable price. Nothing was too much trouble, I added a few extra bits and pieces to the job last minute which were done without any problems. Very easy company to deal with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have similar work carried out.

When your solar panels stop working and you live on a Scottish island with no technician and energy at its current prices this can be a nightmare situation. We got an immediate response from Jonny at Logan Solar Panels who talked us through a fault elimination process…. Even after business hours when we were up in our loft trying to read equipment. It was very easy to communicate and send photos over what’s app. Really appreciated his time and help at zero cost. Now that it’s rectified we are hoping to use them to fit a battery for the solar panels. Thank you so much for a great and courteous service!

Decided to go with Logan Installation as there are local to me. Johnny came out and did a survey. Quote was sent later that day with a detail breakdown. Total of 15 panels and GivEnergy battery/ inverter was installed. System has been up and running smoothly for over a month. Johnny is very knowledgeable and attentive to my questions which I had lots of. Communication was great with updates during the whole process. I would recommend Johnny and his team for anything renewables.

Wouldn't waste your time, reaponsive at first but then waited for weeks to even get a quote, followed up and was told one was coming, that was 2 weeks ago still nothing.

I had my EV Wallbox charger installed by Logan Installations. It was a great job done, especially because my preferred charger location was tricky to get to but Jonny and his team managed with little issue. The wife and I are really happy with it and have been able to charge my new car without any issue Thanks again Jonny, I will certainly recommend Logan Installations for anybody that is looking to go green.

Jonny replied quickly to my query, identified the problem with my PV system over the phone and quoted me for the job. We recently had a Zappi car charger installed for our plug in hybrid. Jonny and his team were professional throughout the processes. The installation was carried out perfectly and the charger works well. Charging our car is now very simple. We like that Logan Installations offers the Zappi charger because it is UK sourced and supports our use of renewable energy (solar in our case). Jonny Mckillop of Logan Installations has recently completed our solar installation using SolarEdge panels and TESLA battery. The job was completed to the highest possible standard, swiftly, on schedule, very professionally, and under the difficult circumstances created by the pandemic. Having had some contact with other installers in the early stages, we realise that we were very lucky that Logan Installations were able to undertake the work - we were impressed and delighted by their work, and have already recommended them unhesitatingly to a number of other householders.

Excellent service came on time.

Very prompt to respond, highly knowledgeable on the technical side, neat tidy job, finished very quickly, however Jonny's after-sales service does leave a lot to be desired. Possibly this is due to him being very busy, however that does not detract from the point that now 7 or 8 months after the installation of a solar battery system, he has still not provided a vital part of the contract which Jonny himself highlighted in the contract documents in yellow highlighter. Sadly I find now that there is no response from Jonny to my emails or phone calls.

I had a problem with my solar panel system that was installed by a different company and Jonny took time out of his weekend to talk me through several things to check over the phone. He was able to identify the problem very quickly which was greatly appreciated. I would thoroughly recommend using him and his company for any solar projects or installs that you may need.

Jonny fitted a 10kw Lg battery storage system to my exsisting solar system he carried out the work quickly and neatly and nothing was to much bother even carrying the 125kg battery upstairs I would definetly recomend logan installations and would be the first person i would turn to if i require any other jobs done Thanks Jonny
