Sun Sparks Limited

Sun Sparks - Sam and Steve were great, their proposal was clear and without ambiguity - as was their pricing. The installation was not without its challenges - a multi-storey town hose with separate instals on both the home and the garage made it challenging, not to mention the weather but these guys handled it wonderfully. Highly recommended.

Sam and team did a wonderful job on our solar panels. We are happy to recommend them 😀

Great service from Steve and the team. The Solar and battery system was fitted exactly as planned and started generating power immediately it was switched on. Their attention to detail was excellent and the whole process was professional and timely. Thanks very much to Steve,Sam,Joe, Billy and Jack. Wholeheartedly recommend Sunsparks to anyone contemplating getting Solar power installed.

Amazing from start to finish. Really helpful with discussing what was needed and being mindful of budget. Installation was fast and everyone on site was lovely! 100% recommend

Fast friendly and efficient. Always contactable pre and post installation. Local team, not these massive firms from up country which try to sell you something thats not right for you. These guys sort whats right for you. Is recommend these guys :) Thanks Sam and Steve

We've had a great experience from start to finish with Sun Sparks. A great team, really well organised and we are super happy with the finished results. Thoroughly 5 stars. 👏

We can highly recommend Sun Sparks Limited. As they've recently completed our installation. Steve & the team have done an excellent job. We are not newcomers to solar, as two of our previous homes had solar PV fitted. Sun Sparks Limited have without doubt been the best. Steve has been extremely patient, understanding, professional & polite. I sent numerous emails & asked countless questions. All of which were answered swiftly. Communication, was excellent. We did obtain other quotes & Sun Sparks was very competitive. We are very pleased that we went with Sun Sparks Thank you Steve & your great team Best wishes Richard and Emma

Excellent communication, efficient service, I would recommend Sun Sparks without hesitation, I would use this company again for my future projects.

We recently used Sun Sparks to fit solar panels and a battery storage system. The installation was very professional and the service has been great. I'd highly recommend them to anyone thinking about installing a similar system.

Amazing service

This team are the business. After 14 years my old inverter packed up - in short order an upgraded battery/hybrid inverter system was spec'd and installed to save the day. Clean skilled work, good retrofit problem solving, smooth project management. And the sun shines! Nice work, guys.

After competitive quote (of 3) we gave our contract for ten panels and Tesla Powerwall 3 battery to Sam, Steve and Joe. The work was done efficiently and always with a sm ice aand readiness to explain. After ten days we are totally satisfied with the work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sun A Sparks.

The after installation support from Sun Sparks is amazing, very swift and very helpful, all questions answered, even the ones I thought were silly. Brilliant. Thanks Sam and Steve.

I have no hesitation in recommending Sun Sparks. Our installation was completed on time to a high standard. Steve talked through our requirements & gave us a number of options. He did not try to force us to buy a particular product but gave us a choice. He even persuaded us not to choose certain options! He is a pragmatic 'Green'!

The Sun Sparks team installed a Solar Edge system with panels and battery for us, just over a year ago. The whole service that we received from Steve and the team was excellent. This included the planning application, the install, how they communicated, how tidy they worked, their work ethic, politeness, and quality of work. The system is also generating electricity as designed and supplying electric to the house, the air source heat pump, and the running of 2 electric cars with a total electric bill for the year of just £40.20p. We would highly recommend Sun Sparks. Thank you for everything.

Everything about them was great communication speed thoroughness approachability - just amazing

Got a PV with battery and EV charger install. Great professional service, always quick to respond to any messages and the work is top notch. You can tell they really care about their work!

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Pragmatic advice given. Good after sales service.

Great service. Very helpful and a good check of my photo voltaic system. Saved me from being scammed !

Excellent service and well priced, the team know what they are doing.

Excellent service. Great team and very willing to go the extra mile and competitively priced. pleasure to have the lads here.

Pleasant and very professional. Have already recommended them to friends as confident they would be very satisfied with their work. They were!

Sun Sparks did a great job putting up the solar panels Steve and the crew came on time and finished on time ,and they were tidy and helpful

Steve and Joe were brilliant and put up with endless questions from someone who thinks they are more technical than the probably are :) Lots of in depth answers. Would definitely recommend them.

Would highly recommend. Arrived on time and worked hard. Cleared up and left no rubbish. Helped sort the app. From start to finish was amazing.

We wanted a local company and Steve and his team were very open and knowlegable. They worked hard to make sure we ended up with the right solution. Very pleased we chose Sun Sparks

The Sun Sparks team went above and beyond to create a seamless transition to solar power . Their advice and recommendations were very helpful in my decision making and after sales service has also been great and I would highly recommend them.

Steve and the team were responsive, thoughtful and efficient as well as being competitively priced. They were a pleasure to work with

We have recently had a PV and battery install completed by Steve and Sam. We can't recommend them highly enough. Their service from start to finish has been faultless and we are thrilled with the end result (and the savings we are now making). The system was carefully planned to ensure it would meet our needs and every component was explained to us. Prior to install, all equipment was delivered in a timely fashion to ensure there were no delays. The install itself was completed on time, with no mess, no fuss and a full handover to ensure we were happy and understood how to operate the equipment. A brilliant company to deal with.

I have PV installation with Sun Spark. It is a local company and the communication from the beginning to the finishing is very good. They gave me good advice and very reasonable price. They installed in time but there was slight delayed due to delivery problem for solar panels. Sam and Steve sorted out. I would like to recommend this company to anyone who wants to install PV Solar.

Sunsparks installed a solar and battery system in September last year. Prior to the installation Steve was very helpful presenting detailed options before we decided what we needed. The installation was quick and painless, with a good handover, answering my many questions. The system has performed well since, with no trouble.

We have had a new solar and battery system installed by Sun Sparks. Steve and Sam’s communication with us was excellent from the first phone call. They assisted with the planning process and were responsive to our needs. Throughout the process they were professional and polite. The work was completed as stated and the attention detail was excellent. We would highly recommend Sun Sparks to anyone, and already have. Great to have a local company to support. The system is already generating beyond our expectation. Thanks again for everything. Delighted we chose you.

Steve and Joe fitted a battery to an existing PV installation. They were professional, responsive and competitive. They did what they said they would, explained everything along the way and left the place clean and tidy. I will use them again when I need to.

Very quick, efficient service from Steve & his team!

Steve and the team were professional throughout the work, and made the whole process as painless as possible despite a few unforeseen delays! Everyone who came was polite, patient with our questions and genuinely a pleasure to have working here. Great job.

After reading the excellent online reviews of Sun Sparks we asked them to quote for our new solar panels and battery system. Theirs was slightly lower in price than other quotations, but we chose them because their quotation was detailed and was tailored to our needs following Steve's visit to the house. Communications were excellent throughout - very friendly and professional. We felt we were in good hands. The installation went smoothly, even though the weather was awful. And the Sun Sparks team were a pleasure to have around during the two days the installation took. Sam sent all the necessary paperwork over the following couple of weeks. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Sun Sparks (and in fact have already recommended them to others).

Great work from expert, careful and friendly team. Very positive and resourceful with great problem solving approach. Highly recommended.

Very good service and diligence to completion. Finished without any mishap and despite some difficulties, not of their making, always maintained a professionalism that was excellently refreshing.

Stephen was brilliant in helping us design a system appropriate to our needs, overcoming obstacles from Western Power and sourcing components. Stephen and his team did an efficient install and they were all really nice people. Now 'enjoying the sunshine' has a completely new meaning for us!

I have found every aspect of service from Sun Sparks to be exemplary. From first contact to installation they were efficient, friendly and professional at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending their company to anyone.

Superb company to deal with, so helpful in advising us, good pricing and good to give business to a local company. The team arrived when promised, were polite, professional and cleaned up well when finished. Most importantly the system they advised is working well and generating more than I expected. Genuinely a great local company to deal with, highly recommend them.

Steve and the team were great in providing several quotes for a number of solar PV systems for my house. All were competitively priced. Once I paid the deposit they quickly arranged the G99, installed the system on time and very professionally and then provided the MCS certificate with a couple of weeks! Excellent service and would happily recommend!

We just had a solar panel and battery system installed by Sunsparks in recent weeks, and we would highly recommend them. From the quote, site survey to installation, everything was well communicated, planned and executed. The system itself is running smoothly and producing great results. Even on more cloudy days it is performing beyond our expectations.

From start to finish Sun Sparks were spot on & I would highly recommend them, regular communication, prompt quotation & excellent workmanship, Steve & Sam along with his team were brilliant!

Very good experience having solar panels fitted. Friendly and professional, minimal disruption. The options and issues explained well. Thoroughly recommended.

I would highly recommend Sun Sparks to anyone looking for Solar Panels system. Stephen and his crew are a true class act from selecting the correct product for our needs to the prompt installation it was a great experience throughout. Thanks Stephen and team for a great job done!!!

After considerable scoping and comparisons, we selected Sun Sparks to install a solar PV system with battery storage. Led by Steve Gomm, Sun Sparks proved to be absolutely excellent in every way; the installation was carried out with great care and precision. Sun Sparks were delightful people to have around during the works and the end result is superb. This included outstanding service from definition of the system, coordination of scaffolding, delivery of kit, the physical installation through to commissioning and follow-up MCS certification. We could not recommend Steve and his company more highly.

Great install job by Sun sparks. Very efficient and easy to work with. Also saving us money, and looking great!

We have received a professional service and are very pleased with the completed project. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the team were friendly and receptive to any questions about the project itself.

Our aim was to use a local provider over a national/franchised one. Sun Sparks are a great team - pleasant to have around and a high class installation.

Professional and immediate response to our solar generating issue… many thanks.

Really helpful, professional and friendly service. Cared about getting the best installation for our particular setup and very reasonably priced - told us what we needed, didn't overcharge for it at all, and certainly didn't try to oversell (in fact, explained in some regards why I was trying to over-specify, and saved me some money!). Would definitely recommend.

Very good solar installer. Professional, yet personable. Great service at a reasonable rate. Highly recommended.

Steve and Joe installed a solar edge system, including a LG battery to my new build in newquay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys. A breeze to deal with, great communication always at the end of the phone or email when i had a question. Definitely seemed to go above and beyond, pushing on with the install even when dealing with freezing conditions and snow!

Sun Sparks is a local company which allowed us to get high quality service and materials in our budget. We had a lot of discussions and communication with Steve before committing to his company and he was really honest and reliable and gave us lots of options about how we could utilise solar panels in our property. I would highly recommend Sun Sparks- a highly ethical, honest company who will work with what you want to help with different forms of energy. Thank you, Steve!

Thank you Steve for the PV installation, the best private services that I ever had, very detailed discussion, friendly customer services and low cost. Highly recommendable.

Feb.'23: Stephen made another visit, at my request, to completely replace the cable that caused the initial problem, something I couldnt afford to get done on his initial visit. He and his assistant completed a very difficult and challenging job with patience & efficiency. I can only repeat my review from his last visit. It's all still true and I'm delighted with the result. I have no hesitation in recommending him for all things Solar! June'22: Stephen did an excellent job. He was friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. He took the time to find the problem, which was not easy (sloppy installation 5yrs ago by a company that went bust 6months after completing the work!), explain it in terms I could understand and quickly fix the issue. This man knows his stuff! He's now my "Go to" professional for all things Solar. I'm very happy to recommend him & his work!

Great Team (Steve and Jack), worked professionally and did a great relocation job with my inverter from outside wall to loft space. Would recommend Sun Sparks, as am confident, if needed, their customer after service would be just as good.

I had researched Solar Panels and read a diy book prior to approaching Steve at Sun Sparks. It was immediately apparent that he new his stuff and the quote was very reasonable. I have employed many contractors for various building and renovation projects and I have never had such good communication previously. We were kept updated throughout, he turned up when he said he would and the work was completed to a very good standard. The panels have already made a huge difference to our energy expenditure and it feels good to know that we are being more eco friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending Steve and Sun Sparks.

I had solar panels and battery installed by Sun Sparks in November 2022. From the start, Steve made sure I was getting the best solar array to meet my needs and was always contactable when I had questions. Throughout the installation Steve and his colleagues were efficient, tidy, professional and a pleasure to have around the house. Following completion everything was fully tested and the paperwork completed for guarantees and SEG registration. I highly recommend Sun Sparks.

Excellent, friendly service throughout the project. It was the best value from five quotes, a local supplier, and the most detailed proposal. Installation was slightly delayed due to component shortages as we wanted all-black panels but completed very successfully and we are now reaping the rewards. Highly recommended.

Very good highly recommend

The day booked for work it was raining heavily. Steve was chipper and cracked on. He identified an unexpected problem and quickly found a solution and got on with it. He was great. A very knowledgeable guy who I would definitely recommend.

Great friendly, professional service. Thoroughly recommended.

What a pleasure dealing with a professional company that clearly cares a great deal about what they do. From start to finish I felt in good hands and the installation was neat and tidy and done surprisingly quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sun Sparks if you want a reliable, conscious and professional solar installation.

Sun Sparks did a great job for us, installing solar panels on a garage roof, plus a zappi ev charge point, an eddi, harvi and hub so we can track solar generation and the grid electricity use from the house remotely, while also diverting excess generation to the hot water tank. We found Steven very responsive and helpful.

Sun Sparks have been really efficient and easy to deal with from start to finish, explaining everything clearly, organising the scaffolding, cleaning up after themselves and providing post-installation support. Their price was the best of three quotes I got from local PV installers, although to be fair one of the other quotes was close. I'd thoroughly recommend Sun Sparks/ Steve without hesitation.

We have been using Sun sparks for a few years. Recently Sun sparks has set up a fantastic solar system at our farm. We feel Steve is good at listening to our needs and accommodating what we need within our budget. Steve is also a trustworthy guy that does a thorough job. Highly recommended.

Efficient and professional, friendly and trustworthy. Great at explaining problems and solutions to those who are not so mechanically minded.

Contacted them but all I got was a sarcastic reply. They didn't want to tell me what I would get for my money. Don't waste your time with this guy, it's not worth the effort.

Steve at Sun Sparks has been an amazing professional for us for our solar project. Generous, good company and very clear in his explanations. It has been a pleasure to have him work at our installations and we highly recommend him to anyone needing his expertise.

We live in an off-grid community outside Falmouth, needed power sorting, Sunsparks were amazing and helped install my new Solar PV setup in a couple of days. Steve was so lovely, helpful and really really knowledgeable, couldn't recommend them highly enough!! Thanks

Efficient service, competitive prices, excellent communication.
