Reviews
4.1
Wilts Electrical Contracting Ltd is described by several reviewers as helpful, with repeat customers reporting good service and one saying staff attended at short notice to help kitchen fitters install new appliances. One reviewer was dissatisfied after an engineer called about a heat pump told them to contact the manufacturer, which they said wasted £126, and another said to avoid the business and claimed its workers let them down. Others report a tidy, professional job fitting an air source heat pump, solar panels and a shower, with good communication from management and admin in one case. One reviewer reported neat solar PV and thermal work at a reasonable price but said communications were not always as good as they might be.
Tony and crew are absolutely brilliant. Lovely guy, great service. Installed batteries on my house.
Did a really good job installing our home battery, very helpful
We have been repeat customers for several years and have always found them to be very helpful. Just today, they attended with short notice to assist the kitchen fitters with the installation of new appliances. Excellent job, and well done.
Dissatisfied with the service: 1. When I called out an engineer to my property the engineer informed me that I should call the manufacturer as they could not fix my HEAT PUMP, even though they knew the manufacturer of my heat pump before I called WEC LTD. (Complete waste of £126.00) I paid the £126.00 invoice but WEC LTD did not do anything to resolve the problem with my HEAT PUMP !!! Waste of money, I have latter discovered their are other more helpful companies locally in Wiltshire that can assist me.
We had them fit an airsource heat pump. They are helpful, professional and do a really good tidy job
Darren comes across well when you first meet him but he employs some real dodgy characters. When they mess up and leave you high and dry he won't be around to help out. Avoid.
We have just had our roof covered in solar panels and are now going to enjoy the pleasure of reduced energy bills. Add to this a professional company to install, good workmanship and friendly team and you can guess we are delighted. Brilliant communication from management to admin. Thanks so much.
Came on time was polite and did a good job left everything neat and tidy and took all packages away with him. the shower works lovely. thank you
Had WEC install solar PV and thermal systems. Very good neat work at a reasonable price. Also had them undertake some minor electrical work, once again very satisfactorily. A slight downside is that their communications are not always as good as they might be.
