Ian Jones Electrical Contractors Ltd

We were lucky enough to find these guys after a recommendation from a friend who had work done by them. We have had solar energy installed by them as well as interior electrical work. They were highly professional throughout and I really couldn't fault the service. Will definitely use them again.

Used Ian again for another EICR and had excellent service as normal, very friendly tidy and helpful, explains everything clearly I will use him again, recommended

Great company to do business with. Initially I needed an EICR certificate, Ian's team managed to squeeze me in quickly. They were prompt, very professional and really helpful. Some follow-up work was required and this is where an amazing level of both customer service and kindness were demonstrated. Jo & Sharron manage to accommodate my booking on a specific date and also came up with a proposal to make my life a lot easier. George (the electrician) came to complete the work - again very professional and polite. Everything left extremely tidy. I would highly recommend Ian Jones Electrical Contractors - very reliable and professional. Thank you to Ian and the team for sorting me out under stressful circumstances.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Great value. They provided quick, reliable work and explained everything really clearly, which made the whole process straightforward. Big thanks to George as well for showing us how to use the system and helping set up the app — really appreciated. Great job all round. Well recommended.
