Urban Sparks Electrical

Urban Sparks did a great job of fitting our starlink in windy widemouth. Neat and professional service. Would recommend!

Great service, arrived when he said he would, not dreckly!!! Would recommend to other clients.

He is undoubtedly the best man for the position, as he holds a high regard for the house and its inhabitants. He is exceptionally kind and does his job with utmost respect. Would recommend him with out hesitation

Rang Will in the afternoon about problems with our lights, arrived the next morning and fixed the problem. No fuss, no bother and a good price, very impressed.

Excellent service from Will. Reasonably priced, quick, efficient and tidy. Highly recommend.

Will is a very good electrician and a very pleasant gentleman

We had a problem with our oven so approached Urban Sparks. Will was fantastic! Got back to me really quickly, arrived on time and assed the job in a professional and courteous way. It turned out we had a number of issues with the cooker and Will could have made some money out of us but was really honest and advised that a new cooker was probably the most cost effective option. Thanks Will, will definitely be using you again if the need arises.

Top electrician wouldn’t use anyone else, very clean, considerate and knowledgeable, has seen me through several projects and has a way with people and explaining things for everyone to understand! Doesn’t charge an arm and leg either which is unusual for the quality he provides! 10/10 will continue to use.

Contacted Urban sparks with the hope that someone could help me out, had an electrical socket burn through, had no hot water, Will made a few adjustments to his schedule to do the work for me, also fitted it around my appointments, really pleasant, definitely will be using them again, works to replace shower already being sorted. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service fast and on time Would highly recommend Nice guy friendly and professional Thank you will

Excellent service throughout. Will has been a great find! Helpful, thorough, meticulous eye for detail with clear pricing and planning. Will helped us consider and decide upon matters we hadn't even though of. Good to have around; trustworthy, great communicator and easy company. He's our electrician now. Make him yours, too! You won't find better.

Can't recommend Will enough. He takes great pride in his work and is more than happy to advise when you don't quite know what you want yourself. He completed all the first and second fix work for our kitchen, as well as other snagging jobs in the house. He was incredibly respectful when working on his own at our house, as well as communicating issues and solutions in a way that was easy to understand. My only reservation with leaving a good review is the risk that he might get too busy!

Highly recommend Will – fantastic service from start to finish. Great communication, managed to fit us in quickly, and did a superb job.

Great service from Will today, helping us sort out our problem with our electrical supply. Splendid simple explanations for us non-electricians! Definitely recommend him. The number for Urban Electrics is now on my phone!

Will is fantastic, he’s very reliable and thorough with his work. I really appreciate the time he takes to calmly talk through any problems or what needs to be done. Highly recommend.

Friendly and highly efficient service.

Thank you Will! Thoroughly recommend Urban Sparks, thorough job, 100% reliable, goes the extra mile & all with a smile!

Contacted Urban sparks for an electrical safety test, they managed to fit me in and get the job done at a really competitive price, will be using again for sure.

Excellent all round!!! Price was very reasonable, the work was impeccable and Will kept the place clean all the way through the job cannot recommend highly enough!! Don’t go anywhere else Will is your man!

Expedient, professional and excellent communication. I have no problem in recommending Will for any electrical work.

Amazing service - does a great job and is a really nice guy!

Would definitely use Urban Sparkes again and highly recommend. Very professional service and excellent communications.

Used Will a few times now both in our home and business. Can't praise him and his level of expertise enough.

Super responsive and helped trouble shoot our problem.

Will, at Urban Sparks, did all of the electrics when we had replacement kitchen and bathroom fitted recently. He did flawless work. He showed up on the dot at agreed times. He coordinated seamlessly with our kitchen/bathroom fitter for minimum inconvenience. And he did not leave a mess when he was done. Recommended.

Professional, very tidy, knowledgeable. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

We used Urban Sparks to do a full safety check when we bought an older property. The service we received was outstanding from start to finish. Good communication, prompt and professional. Detailed report on time. From there we asked for an estimate to address areas of concern. Repair works carried out to a very high standard with full certification and peace of mind for us that our property is now safe and fully compliant. We were lucky to have had Urban Sparks recommended to us as we are new to the area and we would have no hesitation in passing on this recommendation to anyone in the area. Will is also a really nice guy too!

Can highly recommend Will to anyone looking for an electrician in the area. Great communication throughout, thoroughly professional job and a nice guy to boot.

We used Urban Sparks to install new plug sockets, extractor fan and light switches. Will is very clean and efficient and even tidied my loft whilst he was up there! Lovely guy and we’ll definitely use him again in the future.

Will did a range of jobs for us, and throughout he's been flexible, professional and responsive.

James and Will came to service our electricity. They were really tidy and prompt upon arrival, they sorted out our problems and were extremely curtious and paid attention to detail. They also took time to explain how to save money on our electricity bills, which was really beneficial for us. Highly recommend these guys.

Recommended by a friend who was a recent customer. WIll turned up as discussed, very knowledgeable about what we needed to have done, good price, no issue with the work, fully COVID-19 compliant. Would definitely 100% recommend.

I am so pleased that Will was recommend to us by our builder. He was professional, on time, tidy, very knowledgeable and friendly. He completed a full quote that was broken down for us and adapted things as we things came up or changed. He finished all work to a vey high standard. He went above and beyond to fix all the hidden/extra problems as they were discovered, like the disintegrating wires and nailed in sockets and no earth! I felt 100% happy leaving Will in my home whilst I went to work. He was also very mindful when I was at home with a 2 year old. He kept all tools etc out of her path. He also discussed the different /best options to suit our needs, he communicated well with me to find the best days to turn all electrics off and worked around my work timetable as much as possible. I’m so grateful to him making my home so much safer for me and my family. Overall I would 100% recommend Will to others and hope to use him again when we are ready to upgrade the rest of the electrics. Thanks Will.

Great service, Friendly, reliable, punctual, clean and tidy. Will replaced and installed a new consumer unit for us, and socket, lighting testing. He was methodical in his work. Would recommend and use again for other projects.

Will has worked on EICR reports for me - Will has been great at reporting issues, keeping me updated with works and costs to expect. It's been really reassuring to have Will looking at and making everything safe and best practice. Really appreciate all Will has done and would recommend without hesitation.

Very impressed with the service from Will. He rewired our entire house, came up with great suggestions, can do attitude and so helpful.

Will from Urban Sparks turned up on time, with mask and feet protection got on with the job, it was over a few days and was a pleasure to have on the job, worked well with others and nothing was ever a problem. Would highly recommend.

Will was awesome! We tripped our entire house shortly after moving in, to discover there were major electrical issues. Will returned our call from 11pm first thing in the morning and and came over to review the damage and was great at identifying the issues and getting us up and running straight away. Due to the number of issues, he could not fix them all that day so returned a few days later on his day off to finish off. Incredibly honest, fair and knowledgeable. Also felt very happy leaving him in the house to fix the damage. Highly recommended.

Had a distribution consumer unit installed for the main house / replacement of all lighting and electrical sockets (including additional sockets) throughout the house (excluding the kitchen area for electrical sockets), and wiring of the loft. The work was carried out as originally quoted, on time, extremely tidy and the work carried out to an extremely professional manner. Would definitely use Urban Sparks Electrical again.

I have used Urban Sparks Electrical a number of times. I have always found them to be prompt, curteous, tidy and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this company.

Will from Urban Sparks Electrical came and fitted a new smoke alarm system recently, I was pleasantly surprised! The quality of work and value for money was excellent. He's very knowledgeable and professional. After installing the alarms he left everything clean and tidy, my family will be much safer now. I will be calling them again for future electrical work.
