Robert and Elaine at IPF really went out of their way to be super helpful in making sure the EICR's were done at several properties in spite of the difficulties in timing in with residents. Their patience and fair pricing is like a "Breath of Fresh Air" compared with many companies who only look to increase their charges where ever they can. I would highly recumbent this firm.

Really pleased with this company, I needed the new government landlords check ups. They were helpful, on time, professional and answered all questions. Would definitely use again.

I struggled to find an electrican until i came across Rob, trading as IPF electricals through checkatrade, and i must say he saved what was turning out to be a nightmare. Rob was very professional in my dealings with him through the duration of this mini project. From turning up to assess the work which needed to be done, to the professional quote he gave me, to accomodating the little changes i made here and there without making a fuss. I was most impressed with the patience he exhibited while dealing with a smart thermostat he wasn't familar with, others would probably have told me to get rid of this and get another, but in the end his patience paid off as we got it working which shows his willingness to learn. I'll definetely recommend this firm for any electrical work. Thank you Rob and team for a Job Well done.

I had struggled to find an electrician that was able to repair our older style storage central heating system, other electricians either didn't know anything about these systems or just decided it was too difficult a task to even look at (two electricians looked at it & never got back to me!); Rob was happy to take a look and even though the problem was complex he worked on it until the system was repaired. I highly recommend Rob, he was responsive, booked us in quickly and completed the task both quickly & accurately, we are very pleased to have our central heating working again!
