Attenborough Electrical

Steve installed an EV charging point at my place and was absolutely brilliant. I called late in the afternoon to ask for a quote, and he showed up about an hour later to check my current setup, walk me through my options, and make sure everything was aligned with my requirements and his recommendations. He sent the quote the next day, and everything was sorted within a week. Talk about efficiency! He was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He also had so much patience explaining everything and making adjustments to suit what I needed. He kept me updated throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated. Really friendly, reliable service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

So impressed by Attenborough Electrical and I highly recommend. I had an emergency issue with the electrics to my boiler - called Steve in the evening, with no notice and he came round within 30 minutes and went well above and beyond diagnosing the issue- even going into the loft to check all possibilities and finding the problem and proposing a solution. An incredibly reasonable callout fee and Steve was so polite and friendly. I could not be happier with Attenborough Electrical - thank you so much!!

Steven installed an Ohme charger for us and he did a fantastic job. We had an awkward installation as it required a long cable but he did the job neatly and cleaned up any mess he had made, even outside! Charger works as expected and even before we had it installed, he sent us tips and information on how to use it. He is polite and friendly and gave lots of insights into charging efficiently. He even reached out via WhatsApp a few weeks on from the job to make sure we were getting on with the charger okay. Overall he did a stellar job and I would thouroghly recommend him

If you want a thoroughly professional and friendly service then look no further than Attenborough Electrical. Couldn’t recommend Steve highly enough. Delighted with the service and would have again without hesitation.

I would highly recommend Steven if you are considering getting an EV charger. I believe his prices are competitive, he turns up when he says he is going to, and does a very neat and tidy job. Brilliant from start to finish.

Steve was prompt and fair with his quotation. Once approved, a date was booked in the diary and he turned up on time as promised. He gave clear breakdown of his work that day and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions. Steve's work was clean, precise and most importantly, safe! Would definately be using Steve again and happy to recommend to others.

Very pleased with the EV charger installation undertaken by Attenborough Electrical. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Attenborough Electrical was recommended to us by a friend. Steve came and surveyed our site and gave us a very quick quote (same day) for installation of an Ohme charger. The installation was completed equally quickly and very neat job Steve made of it. What I liked most about Steve was his clear explanation, videos sent to us to explain how the charger works and the follow up aftercare was brilliant. Highly recommend

Incredible service! Attenborough Electrical (steve) has been nothing short of exceptional. Work was done brilliantly and always available to explain the process to make us understand the improvements he was making. He even hoovered up after himself! He replaced our old electrical box and then fed a new cable to supply electric to our new sauna (my own retirement gift to myself). Went above and beyond on what was one of the hottest days of the week, and always remained calm and good humoured. Stayed late to and then returned the next day (a Sunday) to complete the task. He also helped solve some other issues with our old electrical circuit. We couldn't be more impressed. What a star! Thank you so much Steve.

Cannot rate Steve highly enough. He arrived for the inspection exactly when he said he would. Walked me through everything that needed to be done and sent me a very fair, itemised quote a couple of hours later. On the day of the fitting he again arrived exactly when he said he would and fitted the charger in a few hours. Steve's a really nice guy to talk to, very good at what he does and takes real pride in his work. Outstanding.

Absolutely fantatsic service from beginning to end! I had been waiting for months for one of the big companies to install an EV charger for me but was let down time and time again. I then found Steve! From first contact it took no more than seven days to be fully installed and opporational. I would highly reccomend to anyone in the area who needs a charger installing!

We received fast and efficient service from Steve. With lots of information on how the system worked and great to have that local after sales service , checking that everything was ok. I would recommend him to anyone.

Life saver. I collected my first EV on Friday 31st January but hadn't been able to sort a charger. I was given Steve's card by the garage and rang him that evening explaining I needed a charger urgently. He came round the next morning, explained everything I needed and how the different chargers worked, and sent me the quote the same day. This was only slightly more than my electricity suppliers basic price, and could be fitted in 7 days rather than 5 weeks. I accepted the quote immediately but asked if there was any possibility of fitting the charger even sooner. Steve did the full install, plus an outside socket I wanted, on the Wednesday; less than 5 days after I initially contacted him. As I've said, the price was very reasonable, the speed was fantastic, the workmanship amazing, and Steve is really passionate about doing a good job, ensuring everything lines up and leaving the area tidy. Highly recommended.

Steve did some electrical work for me and my partner, very happy with this service, attention to detail was incredible, so happy thank you so much. 100% recommend.

Great service, very professional and reliable. Highly recommend, thank you Steve!
