Shocking company when it comes to mess & disruption!!!! Blocking the road with their vehicles! Rude staff members! Unorganised & unprofessional at best!!! Fitting some kind of ULEZ camera setup on our road.

Great company!

Superb company. Great staff from the initial contact with their receptionists through to the guys I encountered on site who were working outside my office in Camden. Special mention must go to Nicky in head office, what a lovely lady.

Very unprofessional company. The have been digging up the roads to put in cycle lanes, which is highly disruptive. When I enquired about the duration of this noise pollution, I was informed that they would be finished by "Tuesday at the latest" as they had other work to do. It is now the following Monday, which means that they cannot stick to deadlines. They start work before 8am (which is not allowed), and then they clock off before 4pm, so the job will take longer to finish. When I asked if they were going to put up sound barriers to help ease the penetrating noise that literally shakes my home, they refused. As they keep lying about how long the work will take, I keep having to reschedule and then subsequently cancel meetings. I hope the local council never employs their services again, as they are wholly unprofessional liars who break the rules and don't care about the people they are hurting.

What exactly work do you guys do? All I see is you driver parked up on Easing world gardens next to dallow fish bar. Both been sat blocking half a driveway and taking up a parking space for over an hour. Sort your workers out ridiculous

Horrid staff. Been working over a week on our street. They were here at 730 on a Sunday picking up barriers, throwing them on to a moving lorry to make as much noise as possible. Driver of KX19 URT, who appears to be in charge(?) chain smokes and throws cigarette butts all over the pavements and gardens all. Several times the road has been conpletley blocked, driveways blocked with no notice. Disgusting behaviour and no respect for their surroundings.

A small amount of highways work was very badly managed outside our shop. The barriers used were never properly coupled together (they did not even have the required couplings) and spent considerably more time lying on the highway than standing upright. Numerous entreaties to the company over the six days had almost no effect.
