Customers of BFG Electrical report prompt, professional service across a range of electrical jobs. One reviewer said safety concerns about earlier kitchen work were resolved and the work was finished to an extremely high standard, with everything explained in plain terms. The same reviewer and others describe courteous, friendly communication, and several report that problems were found and fixed promptly. One reviewer said Gordon came out on a Saturday morning after a failed hob tripped the electricity on a Friday evening, then sourced and fitted a new hob that afternoon. Other reported jobs include an oven and hob installation, outdoor sockets at the bottom of a garden, and lighting repairs.
