Kingsnorth Electrical are currently installing a large solar array and batteries at my home. They have been exceptional from start to finish, and the advantages of having a specialist electrical company do the install really shows. Everything is neat and tidy, and they have found some issues with the wiring in my two year old consumer unit (installed by someone else) which they have just sorted. After having a previous bad experience with a company I am very sceptical about who I hand my money too, but Mark and his team have constantly gone above and beyond, and are trustworthy and clearly committed to great service. They came highly recommended by my neighbours and I can see why. I can’t recommend them enough.

I’ve had a solar panel and battery installation for some years but I didn’t have a way of diverting excess power to the immersion heater in my hot water tank. I discussed options with Mark just over a year ago. He recommended an Eddi, which he fitted the following week. With 12 months experience, I can say that this was a very good call. I rarely use any gas at all during the summer now and the system has behaved perfectly. Mark can monitor it remotely, so any problem would show up straight away. I’m thus very confident about the system itself and Mark’s installation of it, which, by the way, took less than a morning and was achieved without any fuss at all.

Fitted 2 new led strip lights and put a new switch on one. Excellent work, clean and tidy.

Fitted EV Charger February 2024, work well done but unusual problem found due to house layout, problem was solved at no extra cost and all has worked well since. Solar Panels added to system in June - Fitted very well and working well, no further problems

Mark and his team fixed issues created by another solar installer at a very reasonable cost. I contacted Kingsnorth Electrical as our solar inverter was not working properly. The very nice electrician came out the next day and found the problem. He needed to replace cables which had been incorrectly used by the original installers and had partially burnt out! He had to go back to get replacements, but returned at the time he had stated and quickly did the repair. He was pleasant, professional and the charge for the work was very reasonable. I have previously used Kingsnorth Electrical for another problem, and I find them to be extremely helpful and good value for money. They are our go to electricians, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Have used Kingsnorth for our own clients, for PAT testing office faults and privately at our home on numerous occasions over about 4 years. Andrea in the office is great, Mark is so helpful and recently James came out to our home for emergency repairs and was just fabulous. Highly recommend them.

This company commissioned the electrics on a pool. The electric cover doesn’t work (for the second time) but they want payment before they will come and look at it. It was installed 7 months ago. The chap fitted the cover and left without showing me things and didn’t say goodbye either. Do not use them in case you too have a problem. Obviously their work isn’t guaranteed!!

Kingsnorth came, as the electricians my bathroom fitters always use, to fit new spotlights, a towel rail, a shaver point and underfloor heating. The spotlight fitted in the shower was left in a dangerous condition ( a hole all round the external edge) and the fitting of both the towel rail and underfloor heating was just lazy. The switches for the towel rail were placed where they were convenient for the fitter and look messy and untidy. I had specifically asked for them to be tucked away. I am most upset about the underfloor heating, basically a square was just fitted in the middle of the room so if you stand anywhere else the floor is cold. I would never use them again. For my hard earned cash I got a lazy workman who obviously has no pride in what he does. Very disappointed especially because I have an excellent electrician I wanted to use but these jokers came as part of the deal.
