Got 4 quotes in total and TES were very competitive, had great feedback and were local. Explained everything to us total novices and managed to book us in quickly for out 10 panel and 9.5Kw battery installation due to a cancellation. Everything went very smoothly and during commissioning they showed endless patience to get us set up as our MESH system is not liked by Givenergy. Also added an EPS for us. Since then, not had any problems and really pleased with our generation and utility bill savings. Would not hesitate to recommend Total Electrical Solutions.

A very reliable and professional company. They fitted solar panels on our unit in ramsgate, throughout the whole process they were informative on any questions we asked about battery storage and how the use the app that tells you what your solar panels are producing. Total Energy Solutions installed a 14 panel system with an 8kwh battery for us in May 2021. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the system itself which generates enough power to keep us off grid for roughly 5 months of the year and cuts our grid usage significantly for the rest of the year apart from the depths of winter. I plan to expand the system in the future if we decide to get an electric vehicle and would recommend them to anyone considering getting solar.

We highly recommend TES. From the outset, Richard and his team guided us through the entire process and the benefits of a solar panel system transparently and without any pressure. We opted to install a larger battery which is a new system on the market for the future. In one week we have used a tiny amount of electricity from the grid, which for a family which is a great indication for future usage from the solar system. Richard and his team were always patiently on hand to guide through the process once the installation had been completed and continue to do so. The install team were excellent. On time, clean, polite and extremely knowledgeable, we cannot thank them enough. We know this is a major investment but there is something quite satisfying knowing you are generating your own power. The world is changing fast and there is nothing worse than being left behind. Thank you TES!

Total Electrical Solutions were well recommended to us by work colleagues that had had solar panels installed already. We love ours now that they are all fitted, our system has an app where we can monitor our solar energy production and where it goes. The whole team were great. Very knowledgeable and approachable and more than happy to chat through what's best for us, our house and our needs with any questions answered quickly. From planning to install we were well looked after. If you are thinking about having solar panels installed we would highly recommend using this company!

Reliable, Friendly and Professional, TES were amazing from start to finish with our Solar Install, Richard was really helpful on the initial visit and made the decision in what I required really simple, the admin ladies were great and kept me aware of everything throughout the lead up to the install and the installers were brilliant especially David who was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me with an unexpected leak we found in the roof. I cannot recommend TES highly enough and I would encourage anyone who is looking into having Solar Installed using this company.
