Liam installed two outdoor extension sockets and an immersion heater timer switch for us. His thorough professionalism was very reassuring that each part of the job was being done properly. Cowley Electrical Contractors were able to provide certification that the work was completed to specification , which again is a confidence booster. All in all, a job well done.

I wanted to have some electrical connections installed in my garden and also some other remedial actions inside the house, so I contacted Cowley. The attended my property promptly and helped me understand my requirements so that I could agree the specification for the work, and provided a fixed price quotation. The engineer turned up on time and worked like a Trojan all day to complete the job to a great standard. All in all - a fantastic service for a reasonable price. I can definitely recommend Cowley.

Liam from Cowley Electricals did a first class job installing my Zappi EV home charging point. It was not straightforward as the house is 25m from the garage where the Zappi was to be sited. A reliable wi-fi connection was required as well as an RF connection for a Harvi box to moderate the Zappi output when required. Liam was extremely thorough and was attentive to detail when running cables in visible positions.

Called the number a few times it just rang and rang then it connected heard some background noise then it was disconnected

The initial EICR uncovered several unsatisfactory conditions which were thankfully remedied over the 3 days Liam spent correcting and upgrading my electrics. What an absolute gem he was. Courteous, Very hard working and fastidiously tidy. Could not have asked for more. To put my comments in perspective I ran a service company for 30 years with the same ethos as Cowley Electrical and so I know how difficult it is to maintain such a high level of customer satisfaction. Cowley Electrical have been out to us for a variety of work over the past six months since we moved to Wiltshire. From the call takers to Neil (our main electrician) all have been first rate. They do what they say they will and are on time every time. The work is first rate and they can offer the most modern tech to meet the most demanding needs. We had sensor lights fitted for my dad who suffers dementia to help him find the bathroom at night, the options to control the annex remotely via smart tech were all there. Where a pulley cord bathroom light had failed, neil repaired rather then replaced meaning they have an eye on recycling which fits my ethos exactly. A top class firm in every sense. You would be crazy not to use them. Thanks guys

Having the house electrics updated / replaced is always going to be a disruptive process but with consultation at every step of the way this was achieved with minimum disruption. We were able to continue living in the property and had electrical service every evening and weekend so the inconvenience was minimal. To say that dust and debris were kept to a minimum would be an understatement. If I did not know there had been drilling and channeling I would never have guessed it for the state of the house. Liam and Neil were frankly brilliant. Thank you so much.

A very pleasant eng called on time, did the work required, carried out safety test found a fault and fixed it, also replaced a cracked double socket all at a very reasonable price.no problems would recommend them.

Very disappointing service especially reading previous reviews. Makes me no wonder who actually left them! They only assess and give quotes on Mondays and having waited nearly 2 weeks and arranged for time off work it was very unprofessional of them cancelling just an hour before due then ignoring emails and phone calls to have someone reschedule. Dreadful work ethics and wholly unacceptable.

We had the extensive 10 year electrical survey carried out by Liam. The work was thorough and efficient during which Liam was respectful of our home and ourselves, being friendly, helpful and informative. This is our second experience of the company and we will use again for remedial work in due course, Certainly worthy of five stars! Thank you.

Needed a few jobs around the home, Neil quickly came round to view the work and had a quote the same day, had the work completed to a very high standard, electricians were efficient and friendly leaving no mess, would highly recommend, will be using them again.

Neil was a pleasant chap who turned up explained what was going to happen and then set to work. He replaced your old fuse box with a shiny new metal one with full RCBO on, we decided to go for a safer and better unit after Neil have use the options and explained the pro’s and con’s of both. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
