K J Cook Electrical Ltd

Cannot recommend Kevin more highly , every step of the process has been easy and straightforward, fitted me in earlier than anticipated due to my EV arriving early . Use Kevin and you won’t be disappointed

Cannot fault Kev with the standard of his work. With me being a first time EV driver i wasnt sure where to start, Kev made this a very simple process to understand. Having now had this for the last 4 months i can honestly say , it’s been fantastic. I would not hesitate in recommending Kev to anyone.

Great experience a few issues with software which was nothing to do with Kevin who pursued this until completed

Kevin came recommended to me by a work colleague. I don't think I could have had a better recommendation, Kev was very polite and friendly, he soon had my electrics sorted out and safe fitting a new fuse board and replacing old wiring as I requested. I was that impressed with his work and cost that I called him back to rewire my shed and workshop ( another great job done). There was no hard sell trying to get extra work just a couple of recommendations to look at in the future. Would Highly recommend Kevin and have already given his number to friends that need work doing.

Kev has been brilliant, undertaking a rewire on our property was not straight forward but Kev came up with some great solutions. Really pleased with all the work, excellent standard and great communication throughout. Would definitely recommend!

Having recently moved ito Bridgnorth and not knowing any of the local tradesmen, finding an electrician we could trust was paramount. Everyone we spoke to recommended Kevin Cook, he came along gave us a quote and carried out the work. He was on time, very knowledgeable and professional, even cleaned up after himself ! I would highly recommend.

Kev installed an EV charger for me at my home, and I can say I'm very happy with the service I received. There were some technical issues between the App, EV charger, and connection linking up. However, Kev continued to support until these issues had been resolved between the manufacturer and App provider. If you're thinking of purchasing an EV charger, then I'd highly recommend Kev. Thanks Kev.

Fantastic quick service and fitting of my EV charger. Very knowledgable and very helpful with completion and set up. Highly recommend.

Great install of a EV charger, talked me through what to do with the app and all set up working. Brilliant team to work with.

Many thanks to K J Cook for their quick response in repairing the wiring fault on my tenant’s central heating system in Telford. Thanks for keeping me in the loop during the works, great service. Connected my unvented cylinder to the mains and fitted an off peak timer quickly and effectively. He also remedied a gremlin left over from my solar panel install. Even tidied up after himself. Will happily use again.

Reliable and on time as arranged (previous companies let me down) Work was carried out as instructed and pre arranged. Plenty of advice offered which was very welcome. Highly recommended. Will be using this company again on a larger project.
