I found Ecowise Renewables Ltd to be very professional and efficient. The work was carried out on the specified day to a high standard. Due to circumstances beyond their control (scaffolding erected by a separate firm) they were unable to locate the battery in the location which I had specified. They later returned after the scaffolding had been removed and relocated the battery. I was particularly impressed with their communication which was very quick and dealt with any concerns which I highlighted. Once the work was completed the site was left in a clean and tidy manner. I have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending this company.

1st Class service from Ecowise, how nice it was to get a visit to measure everything up rather than relying on Google earth, Sales pitch was great and no hard sell and advised on best locations for everything, Scaffold arrived the day before the install and was swiftly put up, install team arrived on the install date given and checked everything over, quickly sorted a couple of minor issues, job completed and commissioned the same day, fitters went through everything and set up the app, scaffold removed next day, very pleased with the whole package offered by Ecowise, Highly recommended them.
Ecowise carried out a full install of 12 solar panels and battery at my property. From the initial sales visit to completion, the service exceeded expectation. The scaffold was erected the day before, followed by a highly professional team the following day, who completed the entire install of panels, battery and new meters in one day, which also included the removal of the scaffold. Everything was left clean and tidy, with full explanation of the system, apps and controls. Highly recommended!!!

Follow up chats were arranged, scaffolding installed and solar panels and battery fitted promptly. The system works well and Les and Scott have been more than happy to take calls post fitting to discuss getting the best out of the system.

The installation of solar panels and battery was an incredibly easy and quick process. All my questions were answered at the initial meeting and suggestions offered in terms of future-proofing which was very helpful. The installation was completed in a single day with very little disruption; the app was loaded onto my phone and its operation explained. All the necessary paperwork was provided promptly via email. It was a very smooth process and I am very happy with the results.

We recently had Solar Panels (17), Growatt Inverter and Growatt 6.5KWh Battery, plus all the necessary Electronics, installed by this Company and would like to say that they were First Class in every way. We would certainly recommend them 100% to anyone looking to have Solar Panels installed now or in the future. All the people involved were excellent at their jobs including :- first phone conversation from a lovely lady in their office, who arranged an appointment with Les (Director) to visit and discuss what options were available, this was a pleasure as he did not use hard sell tactics and was very knowledgeable, my Wife was very keen, but she’s more interested in the fact that she wants to have a Hot Tub, so therefore decided that a couple of extra Panels would be needed to the installation, Barry the Scaffolder arrived prior to installation to erect all the necessary Safety equipment, on the day of installation Danny the Roofer, Chris the Electrician and his apprentice Sonny arrived, they were all very polite, clean and tidy in their work, Malcolm also kept us posted on everything. Best of all, your getting “FREE” Electricity and getting Paid for what you Export to the Grid, helping the Environment, plus, adding Value to your Property. Ecowise took over after another company had gone bust mid way through a complex multi-property solar panel and battery installation. The previous company had left a complete mess, partially installed with defective and the wrong equipment and no proper records. No one else would touch it. Ecowise completely turned it around, replacing defective equipment, finding solutions to problems and finishing the work within weeks. I cannot praise them highly enough.
The guys putting in the 10 solar panels were really great - they worked well and expertly, really pleased with the outcome we have and all done in a short timeline - which helped us enormously - very pleased and very happy to recommend the team - all were just super!

The new inverter seems to be more efficient than the original, and the battery storage has meant we have not taken as much power from the grid. Les was very professional and fair, even telling us that due to us finding a very rare good deal on our electricity, we didn't even need the solar panels at the moment! After reviewing the benefits we decided to go ahead and 2 days later they were installed. The installers were clean, polite and professional. Malcolm was very helpful with a couple of issues we had with late scaffolders (van breakdown) and one of our panels which was quickly replaced the next day. So far, so good!

An installation date was agreed, everything went to plan with the scaffolding removed on the same day. I am extremely pleased with the products & would not hesitate to recommend to family & friends.

Ecowise was one of 3 compamies I initially requested to quote for the installation of a solar pv system and although not quite the least expensive I chose them for several reasons. They were extremely helpful and friendly in the initial stages of deciding an appropriate system even though at that time I had not received the required planning consents. Their quotation was made following a free on-site visit to survey the property whereas others were relying on google earth maps to do a desk-top quotation. The actual installation of the 6Kw system plus 13Kw of battery storage was completed within a day and the comprehensive hand-over package including full system specifications, insurances and required certifications and Building Regulations approvals were provided two weeks later. First rate.
They arrived promptly, worked very unobtrusively and cleared up most of the mess, although there was some moss on the patio which had been dislodged from the roof when they fitted the panels. The electric wasn't off for too long and the engineer showed me how the app worked so we can track what's happening. Unfortunately there have been some teething problems with the app but the main engineer has been very prompt in coming out to try to resolve everything and even reconnected all our devices to the internet on his last visit.

I have had Solar for a number of years. One array facing south and another array facing west. Together with two individual inverters and a solar diverter to heat the hot water I was concerned about how an additional array, facing East plus inverter and battery could be added and whether it would be worth the expense. I should not have worried. Although the new system was only installed a month ago I can already see that this is going to work out well. The price was competitive, the equipment very up to date and the installation was done within the day. One or two problems regarding the location of the battery and inverter were resolved satisfactorily. No if we get sun in the morning the new panels pick it up long before the existing and even when the existing are getting full sun the new ones are still very effective. Overall, I can highly recommend this company and their products
Solar Panel (8) and Battery Install. Chose Ecowise for a number of reasons, Which reviews, accreditation and professionalism. Good to their word. Work started on Tuesday 8am and by 3pm they had more or less finished. All in all a very good job. Every concern about wiring routing was addressed and apart from looking at the roof or in the under-stairs cupboard, there are no visible signs of the installation, brilliant!. Communication before, during and after the job was very good.
The work was completed very competently by very helpful staff. The initial survey/assessment had not been thorough enough as details of where clamping to the electricity supply had not been identified. Internal communication seemed to be a little weak between the sales team and the installation team. We would recommend the company to others.
Happy with the whole process. Les came on time & was very knowledgeable. Persuaded me to go ahead with the installation of the Growatt product of battery 🔋 storage. I've had 15 solar panels since 2010. The combination of the existing solar panels and new batteries seems to be working well. I hope it stays that way. I do really like the phone app. Lots of detailed information. Very well thought out and designed I would definitely recommend using Les & his team of professionals.
