How I put complaint in what little work done is terrible

Polite helpful staff

By the looks of it from other reviews not only can they not do a decent job but there drivers like to also drive like lunatics putting other road users in danger.

Awful, stolen from house Awful finish Easi filled over cracks , then after i pressured them they plastered , without dealing with the crack 1st As a trader myself and a plasterer myself avoid these lot like the plague

Install at my property - stolen aftershave on the 1st day , it was replaced but the fact it still happened is an absolute joke and frankly disgusting behaviour ! The 'site manager' for the job who i won't name does not respond to ongoing issues caused by the install. Tried to get away with easi filling my walls floor to ceiling ! Untill I pushed the fact it needed plastering The room was left filthy everyday. Working in the trades myself there is a minimum standard you expect when you let 'traders' into your home.

Driving on the Lynn road this morning, and one of your Vans registration FN23 TXS was so close to my car at 60 miles an hour I could count the amount of stone chips on the bonnet. In the trade world reputation is paramount and if your drivers drive carelessly then I can only imagine their workmanship is also poor. If I ever needed your services being local to your area I sure as hell would not use you when your workmen in vans clearly do not care for peoples safety in the local area. Sack that driver he will lose you business. Wow reading the other reviews clearly this is not the first time drivers have been dangerous! Absolutely shocking.

Whilst driving on the A11 today 16.55. One of your drivers drove so close to the back of me I thought I was towing him. He proceeded to flash his lights behind me. I had a car in front of me also so I couldn’t go any faster than 65. When I found a safe place to move over to the left lane I did. The driver then pulled along aside of me and stayed there and gave me the finger. I watched him in front of me doing the same to others and weaving in and out of the lanes. This man needs to retake his test. It doesn’t do much good for your reputation.

I was behind a van from their Brandon office for a bit. In that time they threw rubbish out the window, sped through a 20mph centre of town, ran a zebra crossing where the opposite side of traffic had stopped to let a family cross, the dad had to drag his kid on a bike back or they would've hit her, the van then sped away in a 30mph zone where I left them. I mailed the Southampton head office to complain but the mails came back as "access denied". So we have a company who employs people who don't care about the environment or other people and who you can't complain to. You think they will care about your property? Update: After an email exchange. I received this: "Thank you for the information and bringing this to our attention. We have conducted our own in house investigation following the information provided and can confirm, the concerned will not repeat this type of behaviour in a CLC vehicle. CLC do not promote speeding/ litter and especially putting other lives at danger. The mail reporting issue has also been resolved by our IT department." Credit where credit is due. Upped to 4 stars.

A total waste of time, NO respect for people. Just a shame one star is the lowest we can go as they dont deserve that shame on them
