Reviews
4.5
Several reviewers describe John Clark Services Ltd as polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, with one saying the staff were efficient and another praising the communication and attention to detail on a high-level project. One reviewer says the company arrived on time, was very tidy and dealt with a leak in the airing cupboard. Another says a job was done in 25 minutes, though being cheaper than expected is not included in the praised themes. One reviewer recommends John Clark Services Ltd as a one-stop shop for electrical, access/automation and heating/plumbing work. The main criticism comes from one reviewer, who says the service was unreliable and that the company did not turn up after two years of bookings.
A first class service. Have used JCS for the last couple of years. Always polite, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient.. They have just dealt with a leak in the airing cupboard for me. They arrived right on time and were very tidy. As far as I am concerned they comtinue to provide an excellent service and I highly recommend.
Many years John Clark services has been our plumber for all the family and at No point have they let us down or been rude or bad service. Very good nice friendly helpful service. If they are delayed for what ever reason boss man Neil will phone and explain. Excellent business
Cheaper than I expected and no extra fees on the day like ive had with other companies. Turned up, very friendly. Got the job done in 25 mins.
Efficient, jobs completed. Well done guys, a credit to the business.
Unreliable service. 2 years of NOT turning up after we booked them.
We have used John Clark Services for a number of years and found their service excellent. The communication and attention to detail on the high level project work carried out on our behalf is second to none. With friendly, polite and knowledgable staff we look forward to working together on future projects.
Professional services company specializing in building services. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a one-stop shop for all electrical, access/automation system installation & maintenance and heating/plumbing. As experts working in Essex and the Home Counties they have a good reputation for fair pricing, conscientious crews and capable of a range of jobs small & large scale (complex). A trustworthy business to deal with.
