Brilliant very friendly and efficient
Fantastic experience with JACA Electrical. They are prompt, professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. A pleasure to have in your home. Thank you so much.
We had only a little idea about which EV charger we needed, but Craig and Jordan were really helpful and kind in explaining, without being pushy. They gave us a decent estimate and then Matt did the job really well - efficient and tidy. The EV charger is working well and we feel confident in going back to JACA should there be any issues arising in the future. We would strongly recommend JACA as a professional company providing an excellent service at a reasonable price.
Really excellent service from Matt and Bailey. Very professional and did a great job. Excellent after-sales too - we were contacted the day after our EV charging point install to check everything was OK - we had one small issue (which turned out to be down to me!) but Matt was out the same day to resolve. I really can't recommend them highly enough and I'd have them back for any other work in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.
Had a car charger installed recently by Mat. This was our second charger ( different installer previously) He was very professional throughout and meticulous to detail. Even fixing electrical problems that our previous installer had left ( without additional charge) In essence, he was outstanding and I would highly recommend him. I’ve certainly saved his details and will call him for any electrical advice or fault in the future.
Very very well run business.. very professional and polite. Matt did my install and when he had finished I asked him where the wires were. Really friendly super polite and I would 100% recommend this company. They just get the job done.. effortlessly and quickly - which I really appreciated. Thanks Guys pleasure doing business with you.
Thanks to Matt and the team a good job was done , retro fitting 25 mm cable which doesn’t bend at right angles, around a house with square corners. They did the best they possibly could. The boxes were all fitted neatly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thankyou everyone.
Excellent communication, highly effective, polite and helpful. I recommend them 100%.
Excellent service. Amongst other work I needed I had an issue with some poor electrical work done by previous owner. JACA would not give in until they'd worked it out & fixed it! Very happy with all the work they've done for me.
Very prompt response to call regarding power regularly tripping out. Really quick work identified the problem. Very friendly service and worth every penny. Will happily use them as my go to sparkles.
Absolutely first class work. We had extra sockets fitted in the house, and power and lighting fitted in the garage. Very efficient and clean. Would recommend to anyone.
I hired Jaca Electrical Contractors for a full re-wire on a house I purchased. The quote was very competitive and I cannot fault their professionalism, punctually and work ethic. Craig was always polite and tidying up after himself at the end of the day, understanding that it was my home not a work site. I felt comfortable leaving the house to run errands whilst Craig worked which has not always been the case with previous contractors so this was a big plus for me. The work was A* and the aftercare has been faultless. They’ve gained a customer for life! Thank you Jaca!
