Absolutely dreadful company, best avoided. Calls never returned, chase, chase, chase. Arrogant and indifferent. Terrible.
Quick response: knowledgeable and personable electrician sorted out our fault in no time. Highly recommended! :-)
Prompt efficient service from the phone booking to the works carried out by the electrician. Will definitely use Ian Smith Electrical again!! Thank you 😁
Fitted kitchen extractor fan for me. Excellent job.
Great local service. I've used Ian Smith a few times now for little electrical jobs and they are very friendly, communicate well and don't leave you waiting for long. I will definitely use Ian Smith again.
We have been using Ian Smith Electrical now for a number of years for all of our properties including our private residence. We wouldnt have anybody else in to touch our electrics. Everyone is professional and prompt.
