Phillips Electrical Contractors Ltd

Once again, Steve has done an excellent job, this time fitting a number of heaters in a flat we rent out - strongly recommend

We can’t praise Phillips Electrical Contractors highly enough. Steve has carried out two electrical jobs for us recently and on both occasions he gave outstanding service. He is professional yet friendly, totally trustworthy with high standards and an efficient and tidy work ethic. We highly recommend this company.

Goes above and beyond, gives good practical advice ,turns up when he says and works hard .

Outstanding service, professional, courteous and trustworthy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you Steve.

Outstanding service throughout, from the initial contact to the completion of some electrical work this week. Steve attended promptly each day and got straight to work, finishing the jobs to a high standard and on time. He was happy to advise and offer suggestions on anything I wasn't sure of, extremely helpful and checked with me prior to starting each part, to ensure it would be done exactly how I wanted. All areas Steve carried out work in were left immaculate! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and I will be using Phillips Electrical Contractors Ltd again for some future work I've already spoken to Steve about. Thank you!

Readily reacted to our electrical problem, effective and efficient professional service. Thank You Steve very grateful

Steve installed a doorbell camera, he did a neat professional job and explained the operation of the camera and how to access all the features on my iPhone App. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services

Steve installed the cabling and mounted the Wi-Fi access points for the village hall. Never seen anyone make cabling look so effortless. Incredibly neat and tidy. Thanks Steve.

Very professional, explained everything very well, on time and reliable.

Professional, courteous and on time….how refreshing to meet someone to whom attention to detail is 5/5. Steve carried out the fitting of LED under counter lights in my kitchen today and l am extremely pleased with the result. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I have used Steve on many occasions and would not use or recommend anyone else. He is the ultimate professional and his attention to detail is second to none. Steve genuinely cares about the work he does, and what it looks like and works like for the client. Small things like ALWAYS taking his shoes off even if you say he doesn't need to! Cleaning up everything and always going the extra mile in making things look like he hasn't been there. He explains things in plain English each step of the way so we know exactly what we need and why, and is always upfront and completely transparent on price. Thank you so much Steve.

I have used Steve on previous occasions. He and his team are polite and leave the work site very clean and tidy. Dust sheets are used when appropriate. Steve discusses the options for the work to be carried out and delivers the chosen solution. I am a chartered electrical engineer and I am impressed by the quality of his work. If you want a job carried out at a fair price and a safe installation then Phillips Electrical are the firm for you.

Steve Phillips did an excellent job installing downlighters in our bathroom plus a PIR for the extractor fan. Very friendly and efficient and left the bathroom neat and tidy. Thank you!

Brilliant work, quick response, lovely people

The works undertaken went very smoothly from initial contact to completion of the job. Steve installed a new consumer unit, lighting circuits throughout, new sockets in the garage and outside. Steve was very accommodating, professional, informative and gave good suggestions. I would have no hesitation in asking him to do further work and highly recommend him.

Due to my own commitments I had to wait a while to get through to Steve and he is a very busy contractor, but once on site he gets the job done. Thanks, Steve.

Steve brilliant electrics on the full bathroom refit with Alan & Josh Enticott. Amazing work so tidy & reliable. We will be making a list & contacting you soon for other electrics we need sorting.

Thankyou Steve for a first class job once again. Steve recently wired up our underfloor heating and installed new fuse boards. Just a shame all hidden in cupboards. Would highly recommend

Steve came and quickly and thoroughly sorted out my electrical problem and got it all working again. I would always recommend him. He is very conscientious in his work and attitude to customers.

Property had a broken extractor fan, contacted Steve who promptly visited the property, unable to repair it, he went away and ordered another and returned asap to replace the broken one. Job done thanks very much Steve. Very good communication as usual

Steve has done lots of work for us over the years. very professional, excellent service and charming chap

Very happy with Steve's work would highly recommend

I had an ongoing issue with the electrics on my heating system, 6 years of various electricians !! Steve sorted the problem , quickly, professionally in a day. I would thoroughly recommend this company, they know what they are doing.

What a great service and super professional people who do their job reliably and make sure everything works. Steve's company must definitely be the best in this area!!

Had Steve in to replace my fusebox and do a wiring check. On the day he text to let us know he was picking up the fusebox and would be with me soon. Steve and Miles arrived and carried out the work. Even finding a fault in one of the ring main circuits. They were efficient and tidy. Would highly recommend.

I could not praise Steve highly enough. Along with Miles and Josh he diligently and professionally performed an expert repair of our water heater. Highly recommended.

Having heard amazing things about Steve and his team he was the obvious choice to help sort out the electrics at my Dads house. Steve responded quickly when we had some urgent problems, fixed the immediate issues and then returned a few days later to do the extra bits we needed. Steve was really friendly, professional and did such a god job and the price was amazing too. I’d recommend Steve to anyone

Fantastic service from Steve from start to finish. Steve installed an EV car charger for us at home. Great knowledge and talked us through everything we needed to know. I would highly recommend Phillips Electical.

Excellent company ! I highly recommend Steve and his quick and excellent service. Steve is a highly reliable professional. He deserves more than five stars. Thank you very much.

We had no shower working for weeks and with two children we were struggling. When we couldn’t cope anymore, I called Steve, as he had great reviews. Not only did he work out the issue on the phone, but he came round immediately to fix it for us so that it didn’t trip out. He also fixed our dining room light which had a faulty cable. He was so helpful and professional! We can’t thank you guys enough.

Thankyou. Problem solved quickly, expertly and with a smile

I highly recommend Steve from Phillips Electrical Contractors. Great guy...really experienced and very polite! Responded the same day to my SOS text! It wasn't a big job but having sorted it for me, he then gave me loads of advice on how to use my storage heaters correctly and efficiently which I appreciated. Great customer care with unexpected minimal charge! So it's 5 stars from me! Thanks, Steve! 🙏 (Janie, Chichester)

Excellent company. Steve immediately identified the electrical problem with the spotlights in my kitchen, and fixed it in 10 mins! Very polite and courteous.

Steve organised the electric requirements for our wedding professionally and competently with great care. His expertise and manner were reassuring throughout which was extremely valuable for us during the busy period. I would highly recommend the use of his services to anyone in need of an electrician.

Steve has now done a couple of jobs for us. The last one - he has just put in 2 additional double sockets into our kitchen island under the counter. He is extremely competent and tidy and even hoovered up afterwards. He also suggested a better colour of socket cover so they would just disappear into the counter. I would happily have Steve do further electrical work for us in our home. Thanks.

Very knowledgeable Easy to recommend. Thank you for the recent PAT testing and advice.

Steve is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely good at what he goes, and is happy to give advice, not for any personal gain, but genuinely likes to help people which I think is a really nice attitude - highly recommend

Very helpful, fair and pleasant to deal with. I'd thought the temperature control on my shower unit had failed but he swiftly diagnosed a much simpler non-electrical cause (shower head clogged up with limescale) and didn't charge me. Will certainly use for bigger electrical jobs in future. Steve

My parents have recently had some lights and socket work done by Steve and the team. They were very impressed with the quality of work, and that the job was left clean and tidy afterwards. They were also happy with the price of the job. Will definitely use again.

Reliable, efficient, got the job done in good time and were extremely patient and considerate explaining the work to my elderly father. We would certainly use the company again and have already recommended them! They care very much that their customers are happy.

Arrived punctually and completed the job quickly. Brought all the equipment they needed. Cleaned up after themselves. Excellent result. Will certainly use them again as needs arise.

Possibly the most professional person/company I have ever had to deal with in my working life, can’t recommend Steve and his team more. You pay for what you get, believe me..

Steve provided a highly professional service, responding to requests for help, booking jobs in and turning up at the appointed time. This shouldn’t be noteworthy but in my experience it is! He is very systematic and thorough, on one job pointing out to me that there was a problem with water ingress that I hadn’t even noticed. Highly recommended.

Can't praise Steve and this company enough. I messaged on a Sunday figuring I wouldn't hear back until Monday earliest. Steve called me within half an hour (and apologised for "taking so long to get back to me", which I thought was hilarious), solved most of the problem on the phone then came over after 6 on a Sunday after a long job to sort the rest. On top of that, he was totally professional, efficient, kind and helpful. And adhered to social distancing and mask wearing throughout. 100% went above and beyond. Will definitely be my first port of call for other future jobs!

Steve and his team have done another excellent job for us. Always punctual, polite and do a great job. Quick at giving estimates. Real quality - thank you

Phillips electrical came fit some security equipment at my house. Steve is extremely knowledgable and provided me with some great advice. The standard of the installation was first class and i am very happy with the results, great product, great service and great result! I have no hesitation in recommending Phillips Electrical.

Steve and his team were extremely efficient at setting up all the wires for our TV entrainment system, they all had to be buried inside the walls and we were delighted with the results, as it's no longer spaghetti junction but it's all invisible now! Steve is a font of knowledge and was always willing to give tips and advice whenever we asked him about anything. Would highly recommend.

Steve and his team have been excellent with great attention to detail. Always turns up on time , work completed to an extremely high standard. . Really passionate about his work . Would highly recommend him .
