I contacted Phase Elec about a fault and some rewiring required with our socket circuit. They came round and gave me a quote which was reasonable and work booked the work in. The electricians attending were professional, did really good job and communicated well. The communication from the company generally was excellent so you always knew what was happening when with helpful text reminders. Based on the work they did for me I definitely recommend this company.

I contacted the company at 9:30 AM requesting urgent installation of a light fixture. Sam and his apprentice arrived within four hours, completing the work professionally and exceeding expectations by completing two additional tasks. I had the privilege in meeting Jacob and Tom this week from Phase Elec LTD.They came slightly earlier than said,which I didn't mind.They explained everything they would do and got on with the work .it took 6 hours with a lunch break in the middle and lots of conversations by us.they cleaned up ,hoovered and wiped down ,showed us the new appliances and left.They where polite,happy,knowledgeable we where happy with there work and themselves.well dun Phase Elec.

My mum had a fuse blow while she was home alone, he came out to her way quicker than imagined. We had James, he's a good man. Came quick, solved the issue immediately, had a nice chat, gave some good advice...not before putting his shoe protectors on and making sure he didn't make an inch of mess. Highly would recommend especially for the older girls in need of a reliable electrician.

We have had Sam and more recently Jacob and Tom come out on a few occasions for various things such as alarm, internet cabling and new consumer unit etc. I can not recommend them enough. Punctual, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and they clean everything after themselves! It’s hard to find reliable tradesman in my experience of renovating a property but I would always use Phase Elec LTD for any electrical related work now.

Phase Elec have done several jobs for us and have always provided a great friendly service.

We called Phase elec to finish off garden lighting and security cameras, work which wasn't completed by another electrician. They send Jacob who identified how the previous electrician had wired things up and swiftly connected the led lights, fairy lights and security cameras. After this great experience, I had an emergency at one of my rentals in Mansfield. After contacting Phase, James was able to go out then next day and rectify issues. Highly recommend 10/10

Energy Efficiency Group LTD (EEG) has been collaborating with Phase Elec Ltd (PE) since early 2023. Originally we worked with PE on our Social Housing Decarb Fund contract, PE provided their services to update the ventilation of 100 homes. The staff on that project were amazing, EEG had no complaints from the principal contractor, the managing director James always went above and beyond for EEG, hats off he is the easiest person to work with. Since our SHDF contract has been completed PE are now supporting EEG with our ECO clients, again the whole of the PE team are great. If there is any contractor looking to utilise PE services I highly recommend this firm. For private customers I again highly recommend this firm, PE have been into possibly over 200 of our clients homes and we have never had 1 single complaint. EEG would like to thank the whole of the PE team and we look forward to more collaborations in the future.

From initial enquiry to installation, everything went very smoothly, and nothing was too much trouble. Jacob the engineer who fitted our appliance was professional, courteous and polite the whole time and did a wonderful job. Would have given 5 stars, but the appliance recommended isn't as expected. Part of this is getting to grips with a different style, and being used to an induction hob not ceramic; but the quality isn't great considering it's a big named brand (Indesit) the hob has already scratched extremely easily, just by using standard pans on it, and after 1 overflow, one is now (I fear) permanently marked and scuffed - so effectively ruined looks-wise after not even 1 week. Would definitely use this company again, and recommend to all friends and family, but would 100% think harder about the actual product bought, and do more research! Only feedback for to maybe be a bit more informative with the products suggested, but overall happy customers!!

Had Phase do our fire alarm maintenance at 'Leicester Music Lessons Ltd.' on a really old, problematic system. All 6 members of staff that came into the building were professional, informative and discreet (considering the business was operating with clients at the time) and the manager even took the time to run back and forth to the wholesalers to get us the correct batteries after a screw up at the warehouse. Great guys. Fully recommend.
