Landels Electrical LLP

One reviewer was extremely impressed with Landels Electrical (Berwick) Ltd t/a Landels Electrical LLP and said the team were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and approachable, and took time to explain things; this reviewer also named Martin. Another reviewer reported a poor relationship with their main building contractor that they thought affected completion, and said there were a number of false starts before work was completed satisfactorily with pleasant staff. That reviewer said they were obliged to amend a more critical review because Landels would not release the Completion Certificate otherwise, which they thought unprofessional, and would not use the business again. One of these reviewers clearly names Martin; the other mentions no staff by name. Omit guesses, hopes or speculation about business credentials, warranties or capabilities entirely; they are not reported experiences. Return every asserted point with its supporting review numbers in grounding.
