BHM Electrical Services Ltd gets mixed reports. One reviewer said a polite lady on the phone arranged a next-day visit, the electrician arrived on time, wore overshoes without being asked, replaced two light fittings and helped with a shopping delivery. Another reviewer reported an engineer came within an hour for tripping issues, found and fixed the problem quickly, and was polite and professional. A separate reviewer described dangerous driving and tailgating by a branded van. Another said the company twice took details and did not call back, and on a later arranged visit did not turn up with no message or apology. One reviewer said only that they had delivered to the company.

Polite lady on phone arranged for electrician to attend next day. Electrician arrived on time, wore overshoes without me asking to keep my carpet clean. Replaced two light fittings and even helped with my shopping delivery. Very charming people would recommend.

Only company who actually offered to help me when I had tripping issues, sent an engineer within an hour who found the issue and resolved it quickly, very polite and professional, they didn’t want any payment at the time of the visit either which surprised me and when the invoice came I was very happy with the value for money! Will definitely recommend and use again.

Dangerous drivers speeding and trail gating in a branded van. Embarrassing.

Bit disappointed with BHM. Tried last year to get a quote. Twice the company took my details with promise to call back to arrange and didn't. A few weeks ago I gave them another chance. They arranged to visit this time. Didn't turn up. No message or apology.
